Fiasconaro In Castelbuono

The best cannoli we had during our entire trip to Sicily were at this place. We also had the opportunity to try their panettone since they were offering samples. However, we were not impressed (a bit dry). In the end, panettone is from Milan, while cannoli are a Sicilian specialty - and the cannoli here, along with other delicious local sweets, were absolutely amazing!

The courtesy and kindness of all the staff at the Fiasconaro pastry shop is equal to the goodness of their products: excellent!

The best pastry shop in Sicily. The panettone is delicious and is the workhorse. But the other products are all fresh and excellent. I recommend going to visit the factory and going to the pastry shop to try their delicacies.

It is impossible not to buy one of the Sicilian excellences, passing through Castelbuono. As always everything was excellent from the food to the courtesy of the staff.

Fiasconaro's Oro Verde is truly a delicacy! The soft and well-budded artisanal panettone combined with the pistachio cream is an extraordinary experience for the palate. The soft cream with an authentic flavor perfectly enhances the dessert. A high quality product that deserves every praise!

I had the pleasure of visiting this bar in the summer of this year and tasting the panettones that are produced here, since they are so delicious and popular that they are sold and tasted even in summer. During my visit, I was struck by the goodness and quality of the raw materials used, as well as by the kindness, professionalism and hospitality of the staff. Now, for the Christmas holidays, I decided to place an order for Norway, where I live, of some of these panettone and I just tasted a chocolate one: it's simply amazing! Light as a cloud, with a rich and enveloping flavor that makes every bite a unique experience. Their work truly deserves to be rewarded and recognized. Oggi una vera struttura fiore all'occhiello, dell enogastronomia culturale indigena. Una, quasi perfetta, macchina da guerra, con un ampio spettro di prodotti, che spazio dalla semplice colazione, alla banquettistica, con un dehore molto curato e storico, al centro della piazza davanti la cattedrale del paese. imprenditoriale dolciaria atavica, in quel di Castelbuono, alla base della produzione artigianale dei panettoni. Una, quasi perfetta, macchina da guerra, con un ampio spettro di prodotti, che spaziano dalla semplice colazione, alla banquettistica, con un dehore molto curato e storico, al centro della piazza davanti la cattedrale del paese,nota attrattiva per i turisti.

Visita nelle Madonie, di tutti i Borghi questo è quello che ci ha dato più soddisfazioni. Qui gli occhi si fanno più grandi della bocca e riempire il cesto di prodotti è inevitabile. Dopo aver assaggiato il panettone tradizionale con uvetta in Malvasia delle Lipari, non abbiamo potuto esimerci dal fare scorta da portare in Emilia, qui una delizia così non si trova! Poi crema al pistacchio, croccantini, torroncini e persino i coni di manna che si trovano solo nelle Madonie! Super consigliato!
