This is an old restaurant / place where locals go but in the center, so its always busy but they have seated us pretty quickly. Its a bit chaotic and all staff is rushing all the time. But their food is very good. Like home made meals that come out quick and are very tasty. Friendly staff but very quick and rushed. Carbonara was delicious! So was everything else we had!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, authentic and serving truly expertly crafted traditional Roman dishes! There was a small mix-up with our reservation, but the staff went out of their way to resolve it and accommodate us. The Carbonara gets an A+, totally recommended!

A must-try for Roman cuisine, their boiled meatballs are truly unique, not to mention the delicious parmigiana. Their Roman first courses are also always satisfying, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Simply incredible. The best carbonara I have ever tasted. I felt very well treated and welcomed, they cared a lot about me and if I found it good. They advised me on the dishes when I told them I wanted pasta. If I ever return to Rome, it is a place where I will happily repeat. The quality and quantity of food for the price I paid seems more than perfect to me. Thank you!!

Due volte in un mese. Tutto molto buono ma qualcosa da migliorare. Il cremolato di anguria sublime la prima volta perché con panna fresca..la seconda volta era con panna di bomboletta e più sciolto. Il vino al bicchiere potrebbe essere più vario dato il nome fiaschetteria. Per il resto ragazzi molto simpatici . Polpette di bollito e salsa verde super. Pastasciutta tutta gustosa. Assaggiate 4 diverse. Tornerò anche in inverno

14/10/2025: Last visit to La Villetta last Sunday. The appetizer buffet catered to all tastes, delicious and fresh. First courses included linguine with lobster, spaghetti with clams, and ravioli. Delicious and fresh, as was the fried fish. Salted caramel cheesecake....Top. You eat a lot, but you don't feel heavy. Despite the restaurant being packed, we didn't wait long to eat. The waiter was kind and courteous. I recommend it. Reservations are recommended because the restaurant is always busy, and obviously, the food is good.
13/10/2025: In a small group, everyone found something they liked. Excellent starter buffet and delicious main courses. The server is very friendly and gives excellent advice; impeccable service and excellent atmosphere.

24/10/2025: An excellent place to eat well in the Appio Claudio area. The Roman classic first courses are delicious, the gricia is top-notch, but the cacio e pepe needs improvement. The second courses are also good, especially the breaded cutlet. The full lunch menu is excellent, Monday through Friday, offering a choice of three courses, all for €19. The service is courteous and excellent.
20/10/2025: A lovely place with a family atmosphere. Good food and attentive, friendly service.
