A real find! The food is delicious and definitely a place worth visiting.
The most surprising thing was the macaroni. I've heard that if they serve you spiral pasta in Italy, you should tell them to send it back to the kitchen and not to serve food to tourists. Not here!

You have to stop by! Just for the Tuscan crostini served with broth on the side to soak the bread in. Spectacular! Everything homemade. Excellent service! 👍

I discovered Fraschetteria by chance, strolling around after my fascinating visit to Pistoia Sotterranea, and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
The restaurant is welcoming and the atmosphere authentic, but it's the food that really makes the difference:
• Inclusive menu: I was impressed by the vast selection of dishes, with many delicious options, including vegetarian options.
• The highlight: The fettuccine with cavolo nero pesto was a true revelation, balanced and rich in flavor. You can taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients.
If you find yourself in Pistoia, this restaurant is a must-see, both for its strategic location and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

We ate very well. The most delicious crostini with livers I've ever eaten, not to mention the six cured meats and the pappardelle with venison. I absolutely recommend them.
