We ate at midday, excellent dishes in their simplicity of Tuscan cuisine. Great classics well presented. Delicious tripe, delicious fresh pasta macaroni with artichokes. The friendly and kind service. Advised.

The tripe and the house wine are good... for the rest, chosen on two different occasions, nothing special... in line with other trattorias in Pistoia. Splendid town with excellent offers for overnight stays, but with a less attractive quality-price ratio for restaurants...
