Small but welcoming, just a few steps from the Duomo, it's a typical Tuscan osteria like those of the past. The dishes are cooked using authentic, original recipes and excellent ingredients. My Pappa al Pomodoro and Cacio e Pepe are exceptional. The desserts and wine are good. The attentive service and friendly staff are also excellent. The prices are also good. You can find them in Amsterdam and New York.

I didn't know Pistoia was in Amsterdam! The pasta dishes are truly delicious, and the pasta is handmade. Everything is served lightning-fast, and the staff was super helpful. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it!

DELICIOUS typical cuisine! The waiters are attentive. We go there and we'll go back with our eyes closed! The best restaurant in Pistoia! The sounds of pleasure with each dish, the chefs in the dining room, the delicious Tuscan wine (Crano, Syrrah). Thank you!

I've been eating here for years, and I've brought practically everyone I know! Fresh, seasonal food and a great selection of wines. Service is always courteous.

The traditional cuisine was excellent.
The ravioli with basil and burrata were soft, fragrant, and tasty.
The cacio e pepe pici were enveloping and creamy.
The cheeses were fantastic, fresh and flavorful.
The service was fairly quick, simple, and clean.
The interior ambiance was unique.
I recommend it.

Une très chouette adresse à Pistoia. Service parfait, accueil sympathique, très bonne cuisine régionale. Ambiance décontractée, mais service sérieux. J'y suis venu deux années de suite et c'était parfait. La terrasse est agréable, pensez à réserver.
