I've been eating here for years, and I've brought practically everyone I know! Fresh, seasonal food and a great selection of wines. Service is always courteous.

The traditional cuisine was excellent. The ravioli with basil and burrata were soft, fragrant, and tasty. The cacio e pepe pici were enveloping and creamy. The cheeses were fantastic, fresh and flavorful. The service was fairly quick, simple, and clean. The interior ambiance was unique. I recommend it.

Lunch with friends!! We were passing through and stopped there—a very cute and welcoming place! The service was excellent, precise and fast. We sampled local cheeses with onion jam. Then we had starters, a main course, and desserts! The ingredients are fresh, the pasta excellent, and the desserts too! Everything was fantastic. Top quality/price ratio! I'll gladly return, thank you.

A very interesting experience, refined cuisine deeply rooted in Tuscan tradition. Fair prices, very helpful staff, and impeccable service. We booked while we were strolling through Pistoia and were seated almost immediately! Recommended!

A wine bar just a few dozen meters from Piazza del Duomo, in the heart of the historic center, with a wonderful location, both inside and out. Excellent food, good value.

A fantastic discovery in the historic center of Pistoia, seated at the outdoor tables of this Fiaschetteria with its refined and carefully prepared cuisine. Warmly welcomed by the woman who appeared to be the manager, a Tuscan by adoption, we enjoyed excellent stuffed mussels, Mugello ravioli with ragù, and duck legs cooked at a low temperature and then baked. Everything was delicious and well-prepared, including the tiramisu and the mousse kindly offered! Impeccable service, beautiful flasks of house wine, and excellent cuisine.

Une très chouette adresse à Pistoia. Service parfait, accueil sympathique, très bonne cuisine régionale. Ambiance décontractée, mais service sérieux. J'y suis venu deux années de suite et c'était parfait. La terrasse est agréable, pensez à réserver.

12/10/2025: 2025 and 2024 We were, of course, back here again and enjoyed the time and the food. The owner and chef has such a great Italian soul. Tutte bene & bravissimo It's worth being a regular there again. Greetings from Tedesco Frantoio and see you soon in 2026, Scusa. Unfortunately, we're not open as often anymore and therefore booked up. Ciao ragazzi We visited DaSandrino frequently in 2018. It was always exceptionally good. The beef with pepper sauce was particularly special. The side dishes were excellent. And the atmosphere and service had a rustic Italian feel. Unfortunately, none of this quality is present this year. The beef is only available for two people. The beef is now served on the bone and is more raw than cooked. Trimming the bone isn't for everyone. With the current staff changes, the service has fallen short, and a great deal of friendliness has been lost. What has retained its village character? The new prices on the menu. They've increased by a good 15%, and so that you don't forget, the old prices have been crossed out or overwritten by hand. Positive... Yes. The chef briefly wandered over to our table, but only because his friends were sitting next door. A shame and a shame. I don't think we can recommend you at the moment. Micha
11/10/2025: Beautiful setting: a step back in time. A typical Tuscan trattoria tucked away in the Pescia region, it's worth visiting at least once (or more than once). Delicious fried mushrooms, excellent value. Worth the trip.

18/10/2025: Historic trattoria in the center of Pistoia. I ate very well, considering it's a trattoria, everything was homemade and of high quality. Even my 7-year-old daughter said the meatballs and pasta were delicious. Highly recommended, reasonable price. The only downside was the small dining room where we ate, which wasn't very well-maintained.
