4 of us had lunch. Water, 2 glasses of Montepulciano and 1 of gewurtztraminer (excellent). 2 chicory with anchovies, 1 tonnarelli cheese and pepper, 2 porchetta di Ariccia, 1 saltimbocca. All very good and plentiful. Service efficient, warm and friendly without being intrusive. We spent €110.00. Cost more than justified for the food and the place. The Beltramme Fiaschetteria is a historic place (true...) and the current management manages to maintain tradition and quality. It reconciles tourists (outside, in the pleasant Roman spring) and regulars (inside, among drawings and landscapes by important artists of the past who were not very solvent at the time). In short, a place, right in the center, where you can go and return.

Perfetto per un break durante una passeggiata in centro, una traversa di via del corso, trovato per sbaglio e con la paura di cadere in trappole per turisti. Meglio i primi secondo me dei secondi, però cucina in generale assolutamente all'altezza e personale molto gentile

Friendly restaurant which only offers Roman specialties near the Piazza del Spagna, very small room which gives the restaurant its charm. Very friendly person who speaks French very well. Spaghetti with clams very good

Fiaschetteria Beltramme is located in the heart of Rome, this restaurant is perfect for those who want to taste the true flavors of tradition. I tried a truly exceptional pasta dish, prepared with simple but quality ingredients. The menu offers many typical dishes, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend booking in advance. An excellent choice in the historic center! 🍝

Best dining experience with the most delicious food I've ever tasted!
Found this place 3 years ago on a holiday, and promised myself that I would come back one day.
A few days ago I finally had the chance and they did not disappoint, it was even better than I remembered.
I will come back every time I travel to Rome! Thank you for such an amazing experience! ❤️
