Feudo Vagliasindi Restaurant In Randazzo

Enchanting place on the slopes of Etna in the Randazzo area. The estate is located in an early 1900s villa surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We went to the Feudo Vagliasindi for an aperitif on the splendid terrace overlooking Etna and the sunset. Mrs. Flavia welcomed us with great cordiality and kindness, giving us valuable information on the wines produced by the estate and helping us in choosing the wine that we tasted as an aperitif accompanied by tasty local appetizers, including an exquisite EVO oil. The excellent welcome led us to stop for dinner too, with high quality typical local dishes. The first gem was the visit to the ancient and evocative winery made by one of the owners of the Feudo. Highly recommended!

A smile is required and sound advice is provided. Nice sized room, simple and efficient, cleaned carefully every day. Restaurant worth visiting. A generous and mastered local menu. The owner's wines to enjoy, as well as his olive oil. In short, great establishment for exploring around Etna.
