Enjoyed a cold treat here while visiting the art galleries! I got Pistachio and my lactose intolerant dad got the vegan Pistachio and Coffee gelatos.

A must-see in the heart of Florence! During a walk in the historic center of Florence I stopped at the Festival del Gelato… and I fell in love with it! The place is welcoming, colorful and full of positive energy, just as you would expect from a real artisanal ice cream shop. The variety of flavors is incredible: every display is a temptation! I chose pistachio, tiramisu and the new “Delizia al limone”… what can I say: simply phenomenal. The ice cream is creamy, fresh, made with ingredients that feel like they are of the highest quality. The Delizia al limone really surprised me: intense, fragrant, perfect for those looking for something fresh but delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and patient – ​​no small quality, especially when there is so much choice and you don't know where to start! The prices are absolutely adequate for the quality of the product and the very central location, a few steps from the Duomo. I highly recommend this ice cream shop to anyone who wants to try a truly special ice cream in Florence. I will definitely go back every time I am in the city! Well done, keep it up! 🍋🍦

It's not one of the best ice cream shops in the city, and it's a bit of a tourist trap. But the Tuscan Cream ice cream, a typical flavor of the city that only exists in Florence, was really delicious and made me go back another day to order another cone. And the waitresses are very friendly!

The Frozen yogurt is delicious and the ice cream is also really delicious. Prices are average and there are plenty of variations to choose from. We went in the evening and there weren't many people, so we had a great time! Fast service. I will definitely be back!
