Festival Cafe In Sanremo

11/02/2025: Sanremo week, we sit at the table to take 4 menus and the waitress explains to us that the €9.90 menu included a first course + non-alcoholic drink + dessert, if we also took the second course it was €2 more, we think oh well classic workers' lunch that with €12.90 you get a complete lunch (considering that they are frozen dishes and not of their own production) Leaving aside the slowness of the service which was equivalent to waiting for a dish to be prepared on the spot and not simply reheated, we waited 40 minutes for a second course that they had forgotten. Patience, it happens to everyone. At the checkout we discover that in reality the menu was either one or the other, being told that "it was obvious and understandable", in reality not since here the restaurants with dishes to be prepared at the moment (and not frozen) offer the complete workers' menu for €13 In short, we need more clarity in communication, and let's not blame the foreign language "he doesn't speak Italian well" as the waitress who served us was Italian. Otherwise, nice place and good food.
