An extraordinary experience at Ferro Officina del Gusto! A perfect combination of quality cuisine, a refined atmosphere, and impeccable service. Each dish reflects Roman tradition, prepared with top-quality ingredients and beautifully presented.
The menu offers original yet balanced combinations, showcasing flavors without ever overdoing it. From appetizers to dessert, everything was excellent.
The atmosphere is welcoming, with a warm yet modern feel. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs. Highly recommended.

A simple, small but welcoming and clean trattoria with friendly, helpful, and pleasant service. In addition to the typical Roman dishes, they offer some very interesting options. I was particularly impressed by the tuna genovese, which was truly delicious and a complete success. The ravioli ferro are also very good. Good value. Worth a try.

Yes, you come to Italy for the Pasta and the Pizza; however the same food everyday can leave you wondering what else is there? Well let me introduce you to this Cheeseburger from Ferro Officina del Gusto. Truly delicious. And the fried potatoes - added to the magic. If you ever find yourself in Gemelli near the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park - try it. You won’t be disappointed!

We stumbled upon it by chance in the Gemelli area, and returned four times in four days, both for lunch and dinner.
Traditional Roman first courses, but not only.
Carbonara, amatriciana, tonnarelli cacio e pepe, all delicious.
We also tried some appetizers and main courses (the tagliata and the Roman-style meatballs). They also have a truly delicious mega gourmet cheeseburger.
Excellent wines and spirits.
The desserts are also quite good.
Everything, absolutely everything, was delicious, high-quality ingredients (the guanciale was truly amazing) at truly reasonable prices.
The owner was friendly, the waitress was nice and friendly. The kitchen was open to the public, and the service was quick and punctual.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent restaurant. Everything is super high quality and I wish this was my neighborhood restaurant. The cacio e pepe was incredible and so were the meat (tagliata), and the carbonara. The tiramisu was exceptional and worth the trip!
