Pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. Quality and varied food. We've been there a couple of times with a group of 20 friends, and despite the large number, we were served very quickly. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is familiar and pleasant. It's never crowded. The kitchen is open, clean, and tidy. A very pleasant experience.

The food was excellent: the citrus kataifi shrimp was exceptional, and the tagliolini with amberjack fillet was very good. The wait, however, was a bit long, especially considering there were only four tables to serve. That said, I appreciated the "express" cuisine and the high-quality ingredients.
The service could be improved: a bit slow, although the waiter was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms also need improvement, being decidedly neglected (I had to use the ladies' soap), as well as the entrance to the restaurant, which is uninviting and more reminiscent of a laboratory. A nice exterior sign is missing, and the interior feels rather damp and stuffy.
Aside from these issues, however, I would gladly return to try the other dishes on the menu.

Saturday night dinner with a table of about eight people, including several children, behind us. It was hard to hear the waiter answering our questions and taking our orders. Conversation was obviously extremely difficult. The fish-based dishes we ordered were carefully prepared and very satisfying. The tuna tartare was very fresh and delicious. I had a pizza that, like the focaccia, was perhaps made with three different flours and wasn't particularly easy for me to digest. For a supposedly high-end establishment, the dessert menu left a bit to be desired (two "uneven" options), and no one ordered anything. The price, including a bottle of wine, an appetizer, one first course, one second course, and me a pizza, was about €50 per person. So, the dishes were of a good standard, but the acoustics were too invasive, and the diners had poorly behaved children.

The food was fantastic. We had the Pinse and it was delicious. Marco the manager was a fantastic hose and introduced me to some new liquors that ended the night perfectly. The owner came and talked with us after and it was a beautiful time and memory!

Excellent food preparation, cooked to order. The wait for the dishes was minimal, and even then, it was filled with the bruschetta and extra virgin olive oil served.
