Fernblick In Bressanone

The hotel is beautifully situated above Brixen with a fantastic view. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The reception, the restaurant, the rooms, and the wellness area are all very nice. The service was outstanding. We always received exceptionally good service and advice. We particularly liked the fact that it is a small, quiet hotel. Our children still had a great time! The dinner was excellent. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back!

The name says it all - on our motorcycle trip through Italy and the Balkans, the view from the balcony of our room at the "Fernblick" was by far the best. We got this clean room spontaneously for two nights without prior booking, as our originally planned guesthouse wasn't available. There's a delicious, generous breakfast buffet and covered parking for our own two- or four-wheeler right next door. We didn't have dinner, so no review for that :) Although the hotel is located quite far outside of Brixen on the mountain, you can be down to the town in seven minutes in normal traffic. I can't confirm other reviews that it would take 20 minutes by car, unless you're unlucky enough to get stuck behind a bus. A restaurant serving local food and drinks is 100 meters away, also within walking distance, if you don't want to eat there.

The hotel has a rock-solid 3 stars, which it really deserves. Our room was very nice and cozy! The name says it all and the food was really good. The employees are very friendly and obliging. I really liked that families with small children, motorcyclists and so on are equally welcome! Recommended!

Beautifully renovated 3*** hotel with exceptional views. As a day guest, I like to rate the good selection at the new hotel bar: There are numerous special wines by the glass, far more than "just" the usual Vernartsch or Merlot house wine. Spritz drinks are also available in several variations, all at a really fair price. Tip Top!

We visited the Hotel Fernblick for a wellness holiday. Very positive things to mention are the exceptionally good dinner and the view of the hotel. Unfortunately, we were less satisfied with the service. Even when checking in there was a very poor flow of information. We had to ask explicitly about everything we wanted to know. The employees weren't particularly friendly but rather gave us the feeling that we were asking too much and that they wanted to be left alone. Unfortunately we still had two rooms next to a construction site. There was already construction noise here from 8 a.m. onwards. The biggest drawback, however, is that the hotel advertises an indoor and outdoor pool and 4 different saunas. In fact, there is only one indoor pool and 2 saunas. When asked about other wellness options, they simply said “this is currently not available”. This information would have been important to know in advance!?!?! After an eternity of discussion, we at least got a small discount.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Immersed in nature! Overall positive experience, we will definitely return at the first opportunity.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a weekend and were really thrilled. The property is elegant, well-maintained and located in an ideal position for skiing and exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean and equipped with all modern comforts. But what really made our stay special was the staff especially Francisco. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
