Fermentum In Roma

Four of us went for pizza last night. It was delicious! Short wait times and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Romanella pizza; I found it very tasty and easy to digest. The surrounding park setting did the rest. The prices are more than fair. We'll be back!

The ingredients are the best you can imagine! The pizzas come in both classic and experimental variations: some combinations are truly amazing! They're all incredibly tasty! The service is attentive and friendly: you'll find people willing to advise and assist you with discretion and care. The place is located in a quiet alley in Ferrandina, where parking is also easy. PS: I forgot about the desserts! Here too, there's experimentation and refinement. Go to Fermentum! You'll never stop thanking me! The atmosphere is very charming and charming. I recommend arriving for sunset. Personally, I didn't like the pizza dough, which is somewhere between Neapolitan and Roman. The taste, however, is excellent.

Nestled in the Parco degli Acquedotti, this restaurant is ideal for a stop after a hike. It offers both aperitifs and dinner, with excellent pizzas and attentive service. A quiet space, also suitable for families, with attractions for children. A relaxing place to enjoy good food and nature!
