Excellent pizza. The supplì nothing exceptional but the pizza really excellent and easy to digest.

Local in an enviable position, inside the aqueduct park. We opted for one of the tasting menus which include appetizers and several pizzas to share. The classic chips are excellent, much less the cacio e pepe ones. The supplì are with Chianina ragù (good) and have an exaggerated size. Overall, not bad.

There were three of us, waiting times were a little long but the table was always monitored and the waiters were very attentive. Small inconvenience, a hair in the pizza dough... promptly replaced. Excellent pizza, delicious desserts. I recommend it even if a little noisy when the place is crowded.

At the entrance to the Aqueducts park, on the San Policarpo side. Parking difficulty. The pizza is worth it, starting from the dough. Fried appetizers normal. The service is not always punctual. Rustic, cheerful atmosphere.

Il posto è molto carino in mezzo al parco degli acquedotti con la calura estiva all’aperto c’è sempre un po’ di arietta che ti aiuta a passare bene la serata. Premetti che abbiamo mangiato bene la pizza è veramente buona idem i fritti e la birra. Questo posto secondo me è penalizzato dal servizio che soprattutto quando il locale è pieno va in confusione. Ci sono tanti camerieri che sembrano muoversi in modo disorganizzato. La prima comanda è andata bene ma se devi riordinare una cosa (acqua, birra ad esempio) sono cavoli pesanti perché ordinerai cento volte ma non arriverà mai niente. Un peccato

Certamente tra le migliori pizze che io abbia mai gustato. Impasto soffice croccante con una deliziosa semolatura. Abbiamo gustato tre gusti diversi tutti eccellenti prodotti di base. Ho assaggiato anche il delicato e ghiotto tris di baccalà, le stratosferiche patatine chips handmade semplici o col pecorino. Molto molto buoni anche i dolci. La cooperativa che gestisce il locale promuove il reinserimento lavorativo di giovani con disagi sociali . Oltre la bontà e la qualità una nota di merito per l’attività! Complimenti tutto davvero buonissimo ad un prezzo nella media. Torneremo con amici ! Voglio provare la focaccia al bacio col salmone marinato!!!

13/12/2024: Buongiorno. Locale informale, riservato, accattivante, bar/tavola calda/ristorante dove si mangiano prodotti Romani e Calabresi. Ottime le Orecchiette con le cime di Rapa, buona la Gricia, buoni i taglieri con salumi e formaggi, buona la focaccia. Abbiamo prenotato avendo il 50% di sconto, che è stato rispettato. Personale efficiente, professionale. Da tornarci.
