Fermentum Pizzeria e Birreria In Leverano

We were with a group of friends, a wide choice of craft beers and pizzas, we shared a mixed fried "cuoppo" and some "scugnizzi", among the pizzas my favorite was the "maestro santucci". On the advice of the waitress we ended with an excellent sbriciolata. We will be back!

Professional staff and welcoming environment. We were a table of 6 people and we had a cuoppo with mixed frittini as a starter followed by 4 pizzas and 2 burgers (one sandwich and one on the plate). The pizza respects the Neapolitan tradition with quality products. We didn't try the desserts but the ones on the menu looked interesting. Wide choice of beers. The burgers are well seasoned and tasty. Good value for money. Advised

Per motivi di lavoro mi ritrovo spesso a viaggiare per il mondo e devo dire che la Pizza del Fermentum a Leverano è tra le migliori che mi sia mai capitato di provare. Ottimi sono anche i panini burgher così come le chips fatte al momento e le altre sfizioserie. Buona la varietà di birre e l’accoglienza. Davvero una bella scoperta. Consigliatissima!
