Wonderful pizza, both in texture and ingredients. We went there in the evening in October when it was pouring with rain and there were very few people. The service was fast and friendly.

I went to Fermentum in Leverano for dinner with friends and was very satisfied. The appetizers were good (cuoppi di fritto misto), the pizzas were excellent, original and easy to digest, and the desserts were also good...my pistachio semifreddo was delicious. We dined outside in the internal courtyard. Service was good, and the final bill, at €20 per person, was reasonable for what we consumed. Recommended.

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici vasta scelta di birre artigianali e di pizze, abbiamo diviso un misto fritto "cuoppo" e degli "scugnizzi", tra le pizze la mia preferita è la "maestro santucci". Su consiglio della cameriera abbiamo concluso con un'ottima sbriciolata.siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti torneremo!

17/09/2025: The place is very noisy. The cups and plates are taken away and put in the dishwasher, which is located in the middle of the room. The products are top-notch!
