Ottimo posto per mangiare e bere bene. Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso un antipasto centrale dello chef e un primo a testa. Selezione incredibile di vini, abbiamo preso una bottiglia di vino naturale. Location incredibile all'interno di un "sasso".

We had dinner at the Fermento Wine Bar Restaurant where Donatella, the owner, welcomed us in an impeccable and natural way. Particular place, very very beautiful and well-kept place where you can eat wonderfully.  Congratulations to Donatella and chef Stefano. Well done guys!

If you want to eat a very special meal, this is the place. Beautiful presentation, great service. It is set in amazing surroundings , a Sassi Cave which has been transformed into a space to enjoy the ambience. Just off the piazza San Francesco ipogeo. Find it and enjoy! There is a small sign at the top of the steps.

Excellent alternative to the tourist places in the city, a refined and original environment, very kind staff, excellent cuisine and a very fun and interesting wine list. If you are looking for an honest and genuine place this is the right choice. Well done!

22/05/2025: Preciosa ubicación, servicio descuidado. Paramos aquí para almorzar porque la ubicación parecía increíble hermosos jardines. Aunque había lo que pensamos que era una mesa vacía en la parte del jardín nos ofrecieron uno cerca de la entrada. Pedimos dos platos que llegaron después de tal vez 20 minutos por algunos, obviamente personal no interesado La comida era muy ordinaria y poco calentado. Tuvimos que llamar la atención de alguien después de 5 minutos para obtener condimentos adicionales. Ciertamente no en algún lugar que estaríamos corriendo de vuelta a visitar de nuevo.
