This used to have some of the best dough...
Unfortunately, it's under new management. It used to be my go-to takeout pizzeria. Thick, chewy dough, poor quality ingredients, sour sauce. Sorry, but I'll look elsewhere. Terrible pizza 👍

I don't know what happened (maybe management changed?). It used to be my favorite takeout pizzeria. I ordered three pizzas tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Thick, chewy dough, poor quality ingredients, and a fancy shape. I'm sorry, but I'll look elsewhere.

If you're passing through Rivoli and don't stop at FERMENTO, at Via Petrarca 13, you're missing out on a little gem.
It's one of those pizzerias you don't stumble upon by chance... you return because it stays with you.
The place is welcoming, well-kept, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home.
This is also thanks to the owner: a helpful, attentive, and present woman, one of those who truly understands customer service. She doesn't violate your privacy, she doesn't invasively: she listens, offers advice, and makes sure you're comfortable from start to finish. A rare combination of professionalism and human warmth.
And then there's the pizza.
Delicious, authentic, made with ingredients that smell of quality.
The dough is light, easy to digest, with that crispiness that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. The toppings? Balanced, tasty, without being overly overly so: the kind of pizza that speaks for itself and needs no introduction.
A really nice detail:
⭐ On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, you get a free drink with every pizza.
A simple gesture, but one that speaks volumes about the place's spirit.
The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ideal for both a quick lunch and a relaxed dinner.
FERMENTO isn't just a pizzeria: it's a place where the care, passion, and quality are truly palpable. Once you've tried it... it's hard not to want to return. 🍕✨
