I went to Franco, in him I found a person capable of his job and of advising the right choices. Today we celebrated my son's 18th birthday and there were 50 of us. He prepared everything for me, from the first courses to the second courses and side dishes for those who don't have intolerances for celiacs and vegetarians. He even offered to come to the grill but we preferred, given the weather, a fresher menu. We could have fed an army because Franco doesn't skimp on the portions so much so that we went home with the containers ..... The caponata then something sublime, according to many the best ever eaten.
