Really excellent pizzas, it's always a pleasure to come back. Young and friendly staff.

I have been frequenting this pizzeria for over 12 years, always hoping that they will improve a fundamental element: the pizza dough. Despite the lightness of the base, the flavor is excessively salty, to the point of leaving you feeling thirsty all night long. This problem persists with both normal and wholemeal or kamut doughs, and it's a shame, because a small adjustment would be enough to make it really pleasant. I would like to underline that the staff is always very kind and welcoming, and the summer terrace is a strong point: fresh and pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening. However, the interior of the venue leaves something to be desired and there appears to be no effort to improve it. I find that there is great potential, both in the location and in the service, but a change in the dough and greater attention to the quality of the ingredients and the rest of the restaurant could really make a difference in enhancing the overall experience. I hope they take these comments constructively, for the sake of themselves and their loyal customers.

Unfortunately, the opening times on Google and the real opening times do not match. This gave us a somewhat stressful evening and a very rushed meal. We ordered at 6:33 p.m. and were told delivery would take 40 minutes. When we called after almost an hour because we would have liked to eat before an appointment, a very rude employee was on the phone who claimed that they had tried to call us four times about the order and then simply hung up. I didn't have a missed call on my cell phone. When the order was delivered more than an hour later, it turned out that they had written down the wrong number. The delivery person then explained to us that we had called just three minutes after the restaurant opened and that our order had been taken in the semi-darkness - along the lines of: You were early, it was your own fault. This wouldn't have happened with correct opening times on Google. Oh, and instead of focaccia we got pizza.

In this super hot summer it was the coolest place on the summer terrace! And it is for this reason that I favored it with my friends. They also do home deliveries and there is a lot of greenery in the surrounding area and it is not noisy. The pizzas are good, light and can also be made with wholemeal, kamut or olive dough upon request

Since they reopened, the quality of the food (the last pizzas made quickly, small and dry) and the service (very long waits) has deteriorated enormously. It's a shame because in the past the pizzas were very good. I hope it's a transitory situation

Particular dough, I believe based on spelled and kamut. Particularly digestible pizzas but long serving times.
