The quality has dropped significantly, the foccacia is more like a roll

Last year it was a great discovery, but unfortunately not this year. The fociaccia was rubbery and completely charred underneath. This isn't good... a poorly cooked product shouldn't even be on the counter. For this reason, it would deserve one star, but considering the good experience last year, it's three stars.

Good focaccia, but it's not the classic Apulian focaccia, something is missing and you can taste the difference!
