Excellent school, very practical. I appreciated the fact that you get straight to the point with real-life service simulations. I took the course many years ago. Thanks to my FBS training, I've had wonderful experiences behind the bar in Italy and around the world. I've been an executive for alcohol companies for years, and I'm an FBS sponsor. I often stop by the school. There are courses for all bar needs, from traditional to cocktail bars, to nightclubs, to the hotel industry, but also for enthusiasts. FBS embodies culture, history, and tradition, blended with innovation.
