I got it packed and ate it on the train. It was okay.

The cooked buffalo mozzarella sandwich was delicious, with plenty of toppings. Price: €7.20, which I think is very fair considering the amount of toppings and the fact that it's right at the station.

I stopped by with great expectations, attracted by the promise of excellent products from Campania in a strategic location frequented by travellers from all over the world. I must say that the products are good, but in my opinion they do not fully correspond to what the brand communicates or suggests: the perceived quality is more like "good travel gastronomy" than authentic DOP excellence. But what struck me most (negatively) was the attitude of the staff: I understand that working in a station can be stressful, but this does not justify arrogant, hasty or even rude ways towards customers, often disoriented and just passing by. A smile or a little kindness can really make the difference, especially in a place that represents the first (or last) contact with Italy for so many travellers. It is a real shame to see such a valid idea, a corner dedicated to buffalo mozzarella from Campania in the heart of Rome, not respected in its essence: promoting the gastronomic culture of Campania through quality, friendliness and hospitality. The brand carries a great responsibility, and should ensure that the customer experience lives up to the tradition it represents.

Whether it's a last minute breakfast or a bite to eat during lunch, I always feel at home. Attentive staff and excellent quality products.
