Very warm welcome. Carbonara pasta, a treat! I only give it 4 stars because the desserts aren't great.

You can eat in a really rustic way in the vaulted cellar here! Super nice staff. Even though we accidentally ordered something wrong as vegetarians, there was no big fuss, everything was sorted out very nicely. The food was also great.

Really good food, both in quality and quantity. Excellent service, helpful and friendly. We asked for a burger at the end of the meal to take away and they brought it to us in 10 minutes. Highly recommended

Great restaurant, highly recommended, I have been in Italy for 3 weeks on vacation and this place is the best of all, the food is great, the service is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

18/07/2024: Pranzo di lavoro, nonostante i 35 gradi, percepiti 40, un panino non è bastato a saziare la nostra voglia di lampredotto! Doppietta obbligatoria!! Qualità eccellente!! Riuscire a far prendere il bis a due genovesi non è cosa da poco e sottolinea l’eccellente lampredotto!!

06/08/2024: A place so nice!! We visited twice. I honestly was taken by surprise with Roberto. The food here was very well prepared and as close to home-cooked as it got. It did take us a little bit of time to get our food but we were okay with that because it is a family-run restaurant. Service was amazing. They checked in on us regularly and we're very friendly. The atmosphere here is so old school. You can't help but feel at home when you sit down. I highly recommend the chingali stew as it was very tasty, as well as the sausage and beans.
06/08/2024: Cozy family-run traditional trattoria near Uffizi. Tagliatelle ai cinghiale (freshly made pasta with wide boar sauce) is really good. Alessandro, the son of Founder Roberto, is so kind and gave me a beautiful bookmark of Botticelli as souvenir. Having learned Italian in Florence long time ago, this is my 8th time visit to Florence. I highly recommend to come to Trattoria Roberto.
