A place I wasn't familiar with but was pleasantly surprised. Exceptional food, a unique atmosphere, and staff who make you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

We dined at this restaurant for the feast of San Martino. The experience was positive, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of a clean farm and the quality of the food. The appetizers of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables were fresh, delicious, and varied. The highlight was the macaroni with pork sauce (traditional and the nettle one, a house specialty): al dente pasta, flavorful sauce, and tender meat, a medium portion. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. The farmhouse-style atmosphere is warm and refined. The price was a bit higher than expected; for the appetizer, macaroni with pork sauce, local wine, and homemade liqueur, with a small homemade tart dessert, we spent €30 per person. Overall, an experience recommended for those seeking good traditional cuisine, attentive service, and a beautiful rural setting.

The cuisine is extraordinary, with dishes prepared with ingredients grown on site, rich in authentic and traditional flavors, including the typical Nebrodi specialties that will captivate your palate. Thank you for the fantastic carob cake! We also had the pleasure of visiting their animals: a wonderful experience that made the day even more special and unforgettable. To top it all off, a spectacular view makes the experience unique. A corner of wonder where conviviality, quality, nature, and tradition blend perfectly. See you soon! You were fantastic!

A place far from the hustle and bustle of fast-paced life. In the peace of the countryside, you can enjoy a delicious meal, knowing that everything you're served is produced by the Russo family, people who put their heart and soul into their work. Recommended!

I'd like to point out that the restaurant requires reservations at least one day in advance. We called at the last minute looking for a place to have lunch for 13 people and asked if they could make us a simple pasta dish. The owner told us he'd welcome us but didn't have much choice since we needed a reservation, but we reiterated that we were interested in a simple pasta dish since we were just passing through... We arrived and the place is surrounded by greenery (don't be afraid of the road you're driving on, because it's really worth visiting and trying the restaurant's food). The view is beautiful and the place is very well-kept, with a "family" style... We immediately noticed the owner was thoughtful, since 13 people is quite a lot, but then he offered us some house appetizers, which we decided to try given his kindness (excellent, I'd say!), and with these we were already full 😁 Then we had the famous pasta, which we were offered a couple of variations to try as a sampler, placing trays in the centerpieces (homemade tagliatelle with white ragù and tomato sauce) that were exceptional!!! After the pasta, we couldn't bring ourselves to eat the second course, but, God willing, we'll try them again... We were offered the house dessert, which we thoroughly enjoyed... In conclusion... I recommend it because it's worth it!

We had dinner with friends. The pizzas were made exclusively with home-grown ingredients, and they were delicious!

Amazing experience! We had a wonderful time. A unique serving experience laid the foundation for an amazing evening. The food was brilliant and was delivered in many servings - all very tasty. We highly recommend this restaurant!
