Capre, asini, mucche e fuori Daini a decine. Posto immerso nella natura dove vale la pena fermarsi e respirare. Consigliato +++

A Wonderful Experience at La Fattoria di Germagnano Our visit to La Fattoria di Germagnano was an unforgettable highlight of our family trip to Tuscany. My wife, our three adult children, and four grandchildren had the pleasure of spending a fantastic day at this eco-friendly farm. We were lucky enough to book a tour of the farm, followed by a hands-on cheese-making demonstration, and finished with a fabulous lunch. Sara and Filippo our hosts, were both knowledgeable and welcoming, giving the tour in English while graciously tolerating our attempts to speak Italian. Their passion for sustainable farming was evident, especially as we learned about the installation of solar panels on the property. The farm itself is beautiful, and the experience felt authentic and relaxed. From the farm tour to the cheese-making and delicious homemade lunch, every moment was enjoyable. It’s clear that Sara and Filippo care deeply about both their land and their guests. We did really well to choose Fattoria di Germagnano for the August holiday. They thought of a format different from the restaurant and more suitable for the occasion, that is, baskets with all the dishes inside, obviously with many of their products, which can be consumed at the tables in the shade of the pine forest or spread out on the lawn with a blanket. kind of picnic. Special note of merit goes to the availability of making a gluten-free variant for me as I am intolerant, but be careful if you are celiac, unfortunately contamination cannot be guaranteed in an event with so many people. The icing on the cake is a nice cheese making demonstration before lunch. The only flaw is perhaps the road to get there which is unpaved, steep and with several potholes, obviously becoming a problem only for those who don't have a suitable car or are not familiar with mountain roads.
