Le ragazze del Fatt'ammano hanno "bissato" la piacevolissima impressione avuta qualche anno fa, una scelta di qualità ed un menù che forse potrebbe disorientare chi va in caccia dei piatti tradizionali amiatini, ma che non tradisce, anzi supera le aspettative di chi, come noi, dall'Amiata viene, ne conosce i sapori e, nella propria cucina, cerca di "trasmetterli" ad amici e ospiti.
Assolutamente consigliata la prenotazione soprattutto nel periodo autunnale ed invernale, il locale, per quanto accogliente, non è grandissimo e, tutto sommato, alla fine questo diventa un vantaggio in termini di comfort acustico: anche a sala piena si riesce a conversare agevolmente a bassa voce.

The ladies at Fatt'ammano have "repeated" the very pleasant impression we had a few years ago, offering a quality selection and a menu that might perhaps confuse those seeking traditional Amiata dishes, but it doesn't disappoint; in fact, it exceeds the expectations of those who, like us, come from Amiata, know its flavors, and strive to "transmit" them to friends and guests in their own kitchen.
Reservations are highly recommended, especially in the fall and winter months. The restaurant, while welcoming, isn't particularly large, and all things considered, this ultimately turns out to be an advantage in terms of acoustic comfort: even when the room is full, you can easily converse in a low voice.

Fatt'ammano was a pleasant discovery. The dishes are meticulously prepared and made with seasonal ingredients. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Highly recommended. Make a reservation, especially on weekends, as the place is small and you might not be able to find a table.
