Lovely place, the coffee and sweets were exquisite, and the service was unbeatable.

Not only were all the dishes I tried delicious, but the service was also exceptional for me and my family. We were only there for a short time, but it was enough to make us absolutely love it.

Last breakfast in Rome. There's a constant flow of people, sitting and standing at the counter, but the service is fast and friendly. Special of the day: toasted panettone with ricotta, 10/10 Highly recommended!

Leaving aside the top-notch quality, which certainly doesn't warrant my opinion, but the miles-long line every day and the 3,000 reviews are enough. I encourage you to try this place for the staff, who are super friendly and smiling. They ALWAYS thank every single customer, and they'll see countless more every day. Anyone who complains about the price deserves those places where they don't even say hello. I like to think that every single extra euro spent contributes to a better wage for these guys! The only downside is that they're located in an extremely touristy area and I have to travel 30km to get there, always risking missing out, but there's nothing touristy about them at all. Today was my third time at Faro, and unfortunately, compared to the others (a few months ago), I've noticed a deterioration, perhaps due to the excessive influx of customers attracted by reels and various TikToks. The wait wasn't long as we happily accepted a table outside, but we noticed that the quality had slightly dropped: our two puff pastry pastries were a bit undercooked at the base, but still good, the portions seemed smaller than last time, and the prices on the menu were inflated. The coffee is certainly top-notch, with a choice of different roasts, but €4.50 for a cappuccino seems excessive, considering that the place is located in a central area of ​​Rome but it's not a terrace overlooking the Spanish Steps... I hope Faro goes back to prioritizing quality over quantity.

Delicious food, coffee, and pastries. Very friendly staff who were constantly moving and working very hard. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fresh roasted coffee.

Top-notch! It's a very interesting place, and if I were to ever return to Rome again, I'd gladly return! It's a shame because we were a group and couldn't find a table, but the staff was friendly, and we were all happy with our choices. They also had a good selection for those with lactose intolerances.
