Farmacia dei Sani In Ruffano

We visited Farmacia dei Sani in Ruffano and had a wonderful experience! The gourmet cuisine was truly surprising, with simple dishes but thoughtful and original pairings. We chose the six-course blind menu and were delighted with the surprise and quality of the dishes. The staff was very attentive and professional, and the service was fast and precise. The attached liquor store is also a great addition; I tried one of their liqueurs and I must say it was excellent! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience.

Well done. Well done. You might not like it, as happens with strong personalities: compact menu, distinct flavors, clear choices. But you don't have to please everyone: the Cavallo Sgombroto (a reinterpretation of vitello tonnato) is a prime example. Spaghettoni with excellent anchovy sauce, superb ice cream stick... and so on. Incidentally, the village where you can stroll after dinner is delightful. Average €60 and worth every penny.

It was an experience to remember. Excellent food, attentive, always available, and discreet staff, they even fulfilled a personal request. Excellent on all fronts. A special mention for their Spritz Salentino. I will definitely be back to try their other dishes.

Among the best restaurants I've ever eaten. A must-visit when we're in Puglia. A place that never fails to surprise and an experience you'll want to repeat over and over again.

The menu is very clear to see. The dishes are meticulously presented and colorful. We sampled a few dishes, and the unanimous opinion was that some were very successful, while others weren't to our taste. Some are reinterpretations of dishes, such as the vitello tonnato with a touch of horse mackerel, which we found nothing special, like the ceviche. The beef ribes and amberjack, however, were excellent. The location is very charming, in a well-kept little square in a typical Salento village. Top-notch staff, excellent service.

Questo posto rinomato è conosciuto da tempo , abbiamo deciso di approfittare di un anniversario per provarlo e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Si trova nel centro storico di Ruffano in un antico palazzo, l'ambiente è semplice ricercato e accogliente. Il personale gentilissimo e preparato ci ha accolti con un aperitivo tra cui dei bao cotti al vapore ripieni e del pane condito , ci ha spiegato il menù e la possibilità delle degustazioni. Abbiamo provato come antipasto il Ceviche , proseguito con primi tra cui pappardelle al fondo di coniglio un secondo di carne manzo cotto e crudo e uno di pesce con fondo alla vaniglia e melanzana concluso con un gelato aromatizzato al limone. Ogni portata è stata un'esperienza gradevolissima e unica, impeccabile l'attenzione per i dettagli e gli accostamenti di sapori, a volte anche in contrasto. A fine pranzo siamo stati anche omaggiati di una loro bottiglia di rosato. Prezzi medio-alti giustificati dalla grande qualità dell'esperienza . Non vediamo l'ora di provare tutto il resto del menu!

Difficile d’écrire un avis tant l’expérience du menu 8 plats a été particulière. Tout était extrêmement bien préparé et présenté. Chaque plat était élaboré avec des produits qui ne sont pas habituels. Il y a donc eu plusieurs plats qui ne nous ont pas trop plus, mais uniquement pour notre goût personnel. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette expérience de menu surprise, mais je ne pense pas que je la reconduirai. Sinon l’accueil a été très chaleureux et professionnel. Le patron nous a même offert une bouteille de sa production à notre départ. Je vous conseille vivement de vous laisser séduire, mais uniquement si vous êtes prêts à des dégustations hors du commun. Sinon préférez la pizzeria du coin. Bon appétit
