We decided on the 6-course menu according to the chef's taste... what can I say, everything is delicious, the staff are very kind and very professional, they explain the dishes exhaustively and give advice on how to eat them... congratulations!

Tappa fissa ,ci torniamo sempre con piacere. Nel caratteristico centro di Ruffano, piatti creativi e buonissimi, sapori perfettamente equilibrati ( squisiti l'uovo al cacio, le pappardelle al fondo di coniglio, il manzo cotto e crudo, la pancia di maiale , il dolce con gelato di funghi ecc ecc, ma tutti i piatti sono degni di nota ). Da menzionare i cocktail fatti con alcolici direttamente prodotti da loro, il negroni della farmacia dei sani e' forse il più buono che abbia mai assaggiato. Stra consigliato !

I could write a book about this magical place.
I have been coming for many years and here I found a familiar and welcoming place.
Starting from the spectacular internal room up to the location of the historic center.
Also nice in summer when eating outside.
Valentina is the orchestra director in the kitchen who delights everyone with local and international combinations.
Roberto in the dining room is the beating heart of the perfection of service and attention to detail.
Fabio, on the other hand, is the curator and inventor of the liqueurs always produced by them.
Wine list suited to the dishes served (especially bubbles).
Absolutely worth trying are the crispy egg, the stripped horse and the spaghetti alla
Anchovy and pistachio sauce.

My boyfriend and I were so enchanted by the deliciousness of the dishes that we returned twice in the space of a few days. In addition to the kindness and professionalism of those who work there you will find a magnificent location and phenomenal dishes. Each dish is studied down to the smallest detail. I recommend the wine they produce, both the red and rosé are very good!
There is so much more to say, what I recommend is simply to try it. It will truly be worth it!

It's a top level restaurant. This can be seen from the attention to the raw material, which is exalted here and never masked by tightrope walking or hallucinations of other chefs who are sometimes too protagonists. The ingredients are simple, from peasant or seafood cuisine, and never too many for each dish. It's the preparation that makes the difference, and the combinations: sea-land, sweet-savory, soft-crispy. The second course with caramelized bacon and cod was highly appreciated: enjoyed "in alternate bites", they released new contrasts every time.
Note of merit for the restaurant staff, very organised, attentive and efficient as is rarely seen in these parts. In short, we are talking about professionals of the trade, from the kitchen to the dining room. I will definitely go back!

Atmosfera top, servizio buono, gentilezza super. E che dire del mio piatti? Spaghettoni con colatura di alici, pistacchi e limone caramellato. Ad ogni forchettata sentivi il sapore dei pistacchi tostati, ma ancor più del limone glassato che ti rimane in bocca.
