Era da 900 km che desideravamo andare a vivere l'esperienza delle portate di questo famoso ristorante . Ci accoglie una calda sera estiva una meravigliosa piazzetta salentina .. Ci accoglie uno dei responsabili e visto che é davvero difficile scegliere tra le varie opere d'arte proposte optiamo per il menù degustazione di 6 portate. Ci viene spiegato in cosa consiste ed io tutta entusiasta chiedo se posso abbinare alle portate alcuno dei loro famosi cocktail e in risposta ricevo che loro sono soliti servirli ad inizio o fine pasto .....ecco da lì é iniziata la nostra rovina ....siamo stati un pochino dimenticati dai camerieri che ci portavano di volta in volta le varie portate ma senza accompagnarle alle abbondanti descrizioni dei tavoli accanto ...così fino alla fine ...fino a quando il saluto dolce della casa é stato letterelmente buttato sul tavolo con una veloce e sterile descrizione " meringa" ... Ci siamo rimasti davvero male ...abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere clienti di serie B a confronto di quelli di serie A a cui addirittura hanno omaggiato delle bottiglie di vino ( ad almeno 2 tavoli) e clienti abituali... Comunque sulla qualità del cibo e delle bevsnde nulla da dire anzi ...ma il servizio purtroppo ha rovinato tutto. Ci sta che ai clienti abituali sia dato un servizio diverso ma non palesiamolo davanti agli altri...non facciamoli sentire clienti di poco valore .... Cosí per quello che può contare non mi hanno fidelizzato eppure era da 990 km che ci volevo andare ....

Atmosfera top, servizio buono, gentilezza super. E che dire del mio piatti? Spaghettoni con colatura di alici, pistacchi e limone caramellato. Ad ogni forchettata sentivi il sapore dei pistacchi tostati, ma ancor più del limone glassato che ti rimane in bocca.

What a great restaurant! A true gem in the heart of Salento! A great tasting menu, professional and friendly service, delicious food and a selection of wines that is not so easy to find around in the area! I’ll definitely be back soon!

An experience to remember: excellent food, selected ingredients, original dishes. The wine list and the cocktail proposals made with liqueurs of their own production are interesting. Add to all this the warm atmosphere, the wonderful location and above all the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who guided us in choosing some courses. Prices are appropriate to the offer. It would be nice to be able to return, we will evaluate it for the next visit to Salento!

Dinner for three, wife and daughter. Friendly, welcoming and competent staff. Fast service. Excellent food, compliments to the Chef. I highlight the spaghetti with anchovy sauce and the crispy egg. A welcome final gift (a bottle of local red wine) made our dinner even more excellent. Well done 👏

Excellent food yet a bit pricey

It was the first time we went, recommended by friends who were a little attracted by the dishes seen on TV after the Vittoria on the Borghese program... of course you have to book... excellent food... impeccable service, in short I recommend it... ..

What a surprise! A location at its best. The exquisitely prepared food is a dream: innovative, creative and, above all, a variety of flavors from A to Z. Offer small and fine – an exclusive culinary delight. What is a pleasure experience without excellent service and a harmonious ambience. Everything unsurpassable. No way is too complicated. Farmacia dei Santi – you just have to go there! And one more thing: the price, a pleasant surprise.

For me this place remains one of the best I have been to. If not the best. Beautiful setting, excellent cuisine, surprising service. The prices are also absolutely fair. It's a fantastic experience to come back every time.
