I wish there were 10 stars... Judging based on your own taste buds is fine, but this place is beyond criticism. The food was sublime; every flavor stood out and made every dish fabulous, all accompanied by the equally WOW-worthy staff, pampered by their welcome upon our farewell. The quality/price ratio was excellent.

Excellence, that's what best describes the experience at this place. Excellent dishes—the crispy egg, the ribs, to name two—but honestly, everything is excellent, from the welcome from the kitchen to the final pampering. The staff is excellent, especially Roberto's ever-present smile, which just watching him prepare cocktails makes you happy. Everyone is kind, professional, punctual, and smiling. And finally, the cuisine, which you don't see but you feel, and it arrives just like their dishes, an explosion of taste and flavor. We started and ended our week's vacation there, and there couldn't have been a better start or end. We'll be back, even if it's just for a day, to be "cured" in this magnificent pharmacy.

First time at this restaurant in several years. The setting is charming, set in the village hamlet. The waiters are extremely knowledgeable, explaining the dishes and how to enjoy them, for a deeper taste experience. The menu is unique, combining contrasting yet captivating flavors.

Such a good place. Each plate pushes things a little bit further in a great way. Pork Belly + Cod, just spectacular. On top of that, the vibe is truly relaxing for a perfect evening. Staff very helpful and kind. So in few words, I would truly recommend it 👌

Difficile d’écrire un avis tant l’expérience du menu 8 plats a été particulière. Tout était extrêmement bien préparé et présenté. Chaque plat était élaboré avec des produits qui ne sont pas habituels. Il y a donc eu plusieurs plats qui ne nous ont pas trop plus, mais uniquement pour notre goût personnel. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette expérience de menu surprise, mais je ne pense pas que je la reconduirai. Sinon l’accueil a été très chaleureux et professionnel. Le patron nous a même offert une bouteille de sa production à notre départ. Je vous conseille vivement de vous laisser séduire, mais uniquement si vous êtes prêts à des dégustations hors du commun. Sinon préférez la pizzeria du coin. Bon appétit

Farmacia dei Sani è entrato a tutti gli effetti tra i miei posti del ❣️ La location invernale nella volta a botte in pietra è fantastica quanto quella esterna con palazzi storici e curati. Il servizio è super, organizzato fin dalla prenotazione super professionale ma con quel "calore" salentino tipico, peculiarità della Famiglia Rizzo, che sa anche essere cordiale. Sul menu'... ho perso le parole!! I miei preferiti uovo croccante e spaghettoni con la colatura di alici e pistacchi, divino il sorbetto, gustoso e particolare il dolce cioccolato e funghi. Carta dei vini ampia ma va benissimo il loro vino, in bottiglia, carico e tannico al punto giusto senza dare alla testa. Conto, assolutamente proporzionato a tutto, non siete in una osteria, ma in un posto "stellato" ( la meriterebbe sul serio ) senza che vi alleggeriscano il portafoglio. Grazie ancora per le esperienze di gusto che ci consentite di fare.
