If you walk into Farmacia dei Sani thinking you're just going for dinner... you've already got it all wrong. We don't eat here: we treat ourselves. As soon as you walk in the door, it feels like you've entered a parallel dimension where time slows down, the glasses are never empty, and the menu isn't a list of dishes, but a declaration of intent. A place that has the (justified) arrogance of being different, and maintains that arrogance until the last bite. The food? It's not "good." It's dangerous. Because it gets you hooked. Real ingredients, dishes that don't pretend to be gourmet but are truly gourmet, and everything has that "we're putting our face forward" feel. It's not uncommon to leave thinking: okay, now the rest will be disappointing. And then the wine... They don't pour you a drink, they guide you. They tell you what you're about to drink as if it were a story, and you end up trusting them. And rightly so, because here, the pairing isn't optional: it's part of the show. The service is one of those rare blends of professionalism and genuine humanity. Not textbook fake kindness, but people who truly believe in what they do. Sometimes the wait might be a bit long, but when you realize there's quality behind it, not an assembly line... you even stop looking at the clock. The atmosphere? Intimate, a little unconventional, almost as if you've been invited to dinner by friends who cook damn well better than you. Prices? Fair, almost too fair for what you're taking home: the experience, not just the food. In short: La Farmacia dei Sani isn't for everyone. We had a great time, everything we ordered was excellent in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Tos Hani do two things well: the tope and the meat and this place fully confirms the second option (I wasn't lucky enough to meet the female staff... but they certainly wouldn't have disappointed me). Entering, you feel like you've returned to the art studio of the great Leonardo da Vinci... with this rustic and artistic atmosphere... but the real bomb is the food. Starting with the special appetizers served on the bathroom tiles of my grandmother's house (those mini eggplant sandwiches were so delicious I couldn't resist taking a picture), we then move on to the best meat you'll ever eat in your life... they were so inviting I had to put my vegetarian diet on hold! Then, of course, to finish on a high note, we had to have the classic... the cornerstone of Italian restaurants... the hottest chocolate cake I've ever eaten. All this goodness was obviously accompanied by the two nicest waiters I've ever met... if I ever return after my long travels, this is already a guaranteed stop!!🥩

The atmosphere is unique and whimsical, like Giorgio, the owner, who explains the menu in a friendly and thorough manner. Amazing wine. Super tasty arrosticini and porchetta. Good fregola and excellent cured meat platter. Top desserts. Highly recommended.

Since they first took me there, I haven't stopped going. I love everything about it: the setting, the atmosphere, the people, the food. Nothing is predictable, from the original decor to the selection of dishes, to the kindness of the people. The prices are absolutely fair.
