Farinella Bakery & Coffee In Roma

Excellent, I last visited this place in the mall during COVID and promised myself I wouldn't return due to the staff's unprofessionalism and the rudeness of a former employee, which was also mentioned in many other reviews. Today I came back by chance and was completely disappointed. The food is always excellent and the staff is absolutely top-notch, well-trained and courteous. It's definitely a different experience. Highly recommended.

Great for a lunch break while shopping

I was a little skeptical about eating at the mall, but I have to say it wasn't bad! Farinella has an efficient self-service system: you order, press the buzzer, and when it lights up, you go and pick up your lunch. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is good quality; I really enjoyed the starters and side dishes, but the portions were a bit small. I wasn't entirely sold on the pan pizza; it was more like a soft focaccia. The sfogliatella was excellent, but it was a shame it was a bit cold. The coffee was the perfect finishing touch!
