Fabulous farinata. I suggest they adjust the opening hours, because the sign says 10:30, but it's usually closed before 11:30. More importantly, if you're visiting from out of town and look up the hours on Google, you might find the place closed. That said, I reiterate that the farinata is fabulous.

08/06/2025: Incredibly beautiful and quiet. There's an attached restaurant. Fine cuisine (and very affordable) with great local wine. I know a thing or two about this place. They've had a Michelin star for years. The rooms are comfortable and good, even for longer stays. Not really a detour if you're heading south, and worth it for what you get. AND I saw the first fireflies of my life. :-)
