Friendly staff and excellent quality!

First time I've ordered: a truly good pizza. You can see the tomato sauce, and it's very good (these days it's just a competition to see who can put the most cheese disguised as mozzarella...). The mozzarella is very good, and the dough is good, tasty, and soft. You just have to eat it while it's hot, because it loses a bit when cold (but only in texture, not in flavor, which is truly, truly good).

I've been calling myself a pizza sommelier since the 1980s. Few pizzerias today know the secret to a great pizza dough: this takeout pizzeria does. I always order the marinara, not only because I'm vegan, but as a pizza sommelier, I don't let too many ingredients fool me. Tomato, oil, and basil are all you need to judge a pizza, and these guys make a truly delicious one. They also offer farinata, the size of a small pan, and I often order that too.

The best pizza in Turin!!!! Fantastic pizzas you absolutely have to try! I recommend trying their Porchetta in a potato crust, you won't be able to do without it, just as you won't be able to do without this pizzeria! Once you try their pizzas, the others will no longer make sense! The staff is super professional and very kind!!! They deserve so much!!! Well done, well done!
