I went to this restaurant for lunch and decided to try a carbonara dish. Even though it was my only choice (since I had to hang up at work I didn't have much time), it was enough to give me an idea of ​​the quality of the place: simply extraordinary! The carbonara was perfect, with fresh ingredients and a truly amazing balance of flavours. The creaminess of the sauce and the cooking of the pasta were impeccable, one of the best dishes I have ever tried. The place is welcoming, even if it has few internal tables, but the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff more than make up for it. Excellent value for money. Il locale è piccolino e alla mano ma ogni cosa che abbiamo ordinato era ottima, piatti semplici che divori per quanto buoni. Ovviamente torneremo, montanare favolose.

Il locale è piccolino, per cui se ci si vuole fermare a mangiare occorre prenotare. Altrimenti hanno anche la consegna asporto e a domicilio. I camerieri sono giovani e simpatici, hanno fatto a sentire me e le mie amiche a nostro agio, accontentando le nostre richieste. I pagnottelli sono spettacolari, morbidi e belli farciti. Posto super consigliato!!!
