There is little to say, everything I have tried is of an extraordinary quality. Huge brioches, soft but crunchy, by opening them you can count all the various layers that compose it, therefore excellent leavening and perfect cooking. Homemade cream and you can feel it, it has its own character and you can perceive the ingredients, one by one, used to make it. After breakfast I also bought bread, a nice, dark, rice flour loaf. It looked great and I was tempted. It didn't just look great, it was delicious, hard to describe in words. Among other things, I realized later that there is also a Gambero Rosso recognition on the bread. Of course the costs of all these wonders are not like those of an ordinary bar, everything costs a little more. But it is largely justified. I can't wait to pass through those parts to stop again. Really good.

Excellent quality raw materials (see the flours and butter used), great professionalism and attention to service. What else? Absolutely worth trying and trying again. These realities must be supported and valorised.
