There is little to say, everything I tried was of an extraordinary quality. Enormous brioche, soft but crunchy, when you open them you can count all the various layers that compose it, therefore excellent leavening and perfect cooking. Homemade cream and you can taste it, it has its own character and you can perceive the ingredients, one by one, used to make it. After breakfast I also bought the bread, a beautiful loaf, dark, made of rice flour. It looked great and I let myself be tempted. It didn't just look great, it was delicious, difficult to describe in words. Among other things, I noticed later that the bread also has a Gambero Rosso recognition. Of course the costs of all these wonders are not like those of any bar, everything costs a little more. But it is fully justified. I can't wait to pass by there to stop again. Really good.

The pizza dough is crunchy, fresh, excellent. Good cappuccino. Prices appropriate to excellence. They told me everything else is also very good (pastries, desserts, bread,...) which I haven't tried yet. Bright room, satisfactory service.
