Farina del mio sacco is a place where you can try typical Ferrara dishes, such as tigelle and fried gnocchi, in addition to the usual piadinas. On this occasion, I tried a large salad to go with a set of tigelle, but the salad didn't meet my expectations. It was half the size it should have been and the price wasn't consistent with the product being sold. In fact, the prices are at least 20% higher than what's offered. The tigelle and fried gnocchi are a welcome exception, as they're in line with the offerings (for example, 10 tigelle for €7). 750 ml of water costs €2.50, which seems grossly overpriced.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I come here every chance I get, and the food is always excellent.

In Mantua for an eye exam, found online, but it was truly worth it. Superior quality cured meats, soft and light piadina, amazing cheeses, light gnocco. Generous portions... everything was delicious. Thank you, Laura, and congratulations on everything. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The food is top-quality, always freshly prepared, the place is charming, and the staff is always attentive to the customer's needs. The place certainly reflects the dedication and passion of the owners, with whom I had the pleasure of chatting for a moment, and I was almost surprised. In a world where money is king, I'm determined to make customer happiness and satisfaction my priority! The prices are excellent, as are the desserts and beers! What can I say? I had the pleasure of trying "Farina del mio sacco" in Ferrara and was extremely satisfied with my choice. I opted for a cold cuts platter accompanied by tigelle and gnocco fritto with Nutella, and every element was delicious. The cold cuts were of excellent quality, fresh, and flavorful, a true pleasure. The tigelle were warm and fragrant, perfect for accompanying the cured meats, while the gnocco fritto was light, not greasy, and incredibly fluffy. And for a sweet finish, the gnocco fritto with Nutella was a delicious combination that rounded out the meal. I ate the hamburger, very good, even the piada had a nice face, I didn't like the tigelle very much, too tough, heavy dough, I would like to go back to get the gross cutting board, it had a grainy face.

Bella posizione e bella location. Personale e titolari molto cortesi e professionali. Prodotti di qualità (salumi e formaggi buonissimi...è raro mangiarne di così buoni), tigelle buone, lo gnocco buono anche se per me un po' spesso. Poi piadina veramente ma veramebte molto buona con una bella farcitura. Lo consigio
