Last night we discovered a small pearl in the center of Pisa, a stone's throw from the Arno River, there is this small but enchanting pizzeria where you can enjoy wonderful pizzas with very light dough and excellent ingredients accompanied by craft beers. The owner Giovanni is the magician of baking and pastry making. He has won several awards and you can enjoy some amazing desserts created by him. His "schiacciata" and Easter colomba are selling like hot cakes. Not least his panettone which gave him 1st prize. in an important competition it was a wonderful discovery for us and we recommend it with our eyes closed, it cannot disappoint you❤️

Only pizza and desserts can be consumed by specific choice of the owner.
The pizza made with sourdough is wonderful, top quality ingredients, a nice assortment of craft beers. What about desserts? Fantastic, the owner has won awards for desserts he produces, top place!!!

Excellent pizzeria. Few seats, menu not huge, but excellent pizza, good beers, courtesy in the service. At the end of the meal it is essential for me to have their babà. Normally it's a dessert I like, but here it's amazing. This year we also took the panettone that they produce and they were delicious. Soft, light and with perfectly dosed dried fruit.

They were incredibly kind and helpful! The pizzeria was full but since we were staying in the same street and too tired to be around any longer they prepared it for us on the spot to take away and it was EXTRA GOOD! If you are planning a trip to Pisa, mark this pizzeria among the places to "visit" and book in advance because like all places where you eat well it is always full!

The flour of my bag offers a nice range of pizzas produced at the minute in a wood oven with excellent ingredients...two pleasant rooms with a few tables. to consume on site or for takeaway.
Seasonally it also produces delicious panettone and colomba etc
