Fantasia Gelati In Napoli

The ice cream is good, but it wasn't very cold and it melted completely as I came out. The service was average, they were not the friendliest.

I am lactose intolerant and Fantasia Gelati has an assortment of exceptional lactose-free flavours!! I have always had difficulty finding ice cream shops that cater for my intolerance, but now that I have discovered Fantasia Gelati I will never leave it again. Super ice cream! The black cherry crunch is the best for me, an absolute must try!!

Excellent ice cream! Really difficult choice, there were so many flavors, all very inviting, I will definitely go and try others. In the end I chose Pistachio and black heart, a perfect combo

Always an institution! I love their ice cream and especially the fact that many of their flavors are lactose free. I find them very light!

Service is little bit slow but ice cream and coffee definitely worth to wait

We spent a Friday evening at Vomero and were inspired by this all-pink ice cream shop to try something new and different. At the entrance I was pleasantly struck by the environment entirely painted in pink, very particular. I immediately noticed the courtesy and kindness of the staff who put us at ease. I have rarely encountered such availability towards the customer. Furthermore, it must be said that there was a great variety of flavours, incredibly particular and different from common ice cream shops. I found it very sweet and dense to the taste and I really liked it. The only small negative note is the price list which I found disproportionate compared to the average, just think that a two-flavored pod costs €2.80, a good 30 cents more. I do not justify this increase in price even taking into consideration the centrality of the place and the area in which it is located. If it weren't for the price, it would be a 10.

Although the service is close to the metro and the service is fast, €2.30 for a coffee in a plastic gazebo is too much

The gelato was only okay. The strawberry tasted artificial. Maybe our family is spoiled from better gelato elsewhere.
