Welcoming location with large, well-lit outdoor space. Ample parking availability both in the restaurant and in the surrounding buildings. Quite varied choice of pizzas also considering the possibility of choosing different types of dough. I took a "Birra tra Amici" pizza (with beer dough) which disappointed me, the dough was excessively crunchy and the toppings had a particular taste, especially the sautéed arugula which was not to my liking. The experience was particularly bad because we waited almost 2 hours (literally) to get the pizza. Although the waiters apologized for the inconvenience, I still believe that such a service is not acceptable.

During our trip home and a consultation on pizzerias in the Potenza area, we came across this beautiful pizzeria for our lunch break. Wonderful discovery as it is located in the residential area and also has internal parking. Really welcoming and clean environment, not to mention the pizza is very, very GOOD. Applause also goes to the Gluten Free pizza which has found the consensus of celiac diners. Congratulations to Mr. Gatta who turned out to be an excellent host. We will definitely see you again on our next trip. I highly recommend. Potenza Centro exit from Basentana, any direction.

The high level of the pizzeria is known, there is no need for comments. A few words about "Salvatore Gatta's path" present in the menu. Three tastings of different doughs and processes made with care and attention. In the photo an amazing calzone. Definitely the best experience you can have in this place, perhaps at lunch when the place is a little less crowded than usual. It is always advisable to book

As soon as we arrived we found the table ready and the waiter ready to serve us. The service was fast and the waiters who took turns were all friendly and knowledgeable (none of them referred us to another waiter...) The pizzas and side dishes were excellent. The desserts are also very good. Overall, bill included, 5 stars more than deserved. It's best to book a few days in advance because the place is always full.
