If you are ready for new culinary experiences, this restaurant is for you. Ladin cuisine, lots of game, including the deer tartare recommended by the staff... we didn't try it, but it looked great. An amazing mix of flavors that work together beautifully. Unexpectedly tasty ravioli with sauerkraut with cumin, minced meat or tomato sauce in "doughnut" dough, dumplings with caramelized poppy seeds, good beef steak, deliciously soft, pink pork tenderloin in pine sauce, and for dessert, wonderful almond semifreddo, strudel with cinnamon ice cream and excellent espresso. In addition, really good wine and excellent service. We felt like extraordinary guests, and it was our first time at this restaurant. It is quite expensive, but it is worth paying for such delights for the palate. I recommend trying traditional food in the lux version!!

Wonderful traditional Ladin restaurant. The staff provided excellent recommendations while sharing some of the unique history, and the food exceeded all expectations. We will definitely plan to dine here again on our next trip to the Dolomites.

Eine Erwähnung im Michelin gibt das wieder, was du bekommst. Ladinische Küche vom Feinsten. Tultra apin sind gebackene, tellergroße Krapfen als Vorspeise und Files da soni dazu. Zwei leckere Proseco vorweg, auch lecker. Super Service. Der Mann mit der Holzfliege. Chapeau. Dann die Schweinshaxe extrem lecker und das Rinderfilet. Serviert auf lokalem Geschirr. Salz und Pfeffer stehen auf dem Tisch. Zum Schluss Bella Elena, zwei Espresso und einen Schnaps aus der Region. Original Zirben aus den Dolomiten. Danke für den schönen Abend.
