Few and simple ingredients (chickpea flour, water, oil and salt), crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside to eat with your hands: if you happen to be in Sassari it would be an unforgivable mistake to miss the opportunity to taste it in the historic restaurant where they prepare it with skill. Sassu's faine in via Usai is simply perfect.
