The best Fainè I've ever eaten, cooked in a wood oven, very kind staff. I recommend getting it to take away so you have the chance to admire the chefs preparing the delicious dish.

Non si puo' andare Sassari e non fermarsi in questo locale per mangiare la "fainè". Tutto ridotto all'essenziale, servizio puntuale, qualità ottima e prezzo assolutamente imbattibile. Possibilità di scelta a gusto del cliente, personalmente mi piacciono molto alle acciughe e antunna, ma anche la farinata semplice e ottima. Da segnare sull'agenda.

If we talk about fainè as an institution we can only refer to Sassu, an oven with over forty years of experience behind it, perhaps the only one in the city to fully respect the procedure that culminates in the crunchiness of the final product.
