Wonderful and incredible place a magical place in the heart of Palermo. The girl who works there was truly wonderful and explained to us how the experience of choosing your own tea works. Must try.

Posto molto carino, la gentilezza e l’accoglienza sono di casa, ottima varietà e soprattutto qualità di tè e tisane da tutto il mondo. Un bel posto e una bella storia quella di Paolo, che accoglie personalmente i clienti e racconta loro la storia del posto. Andateci e promuoviamo queste belle realtà fatte di giovani e di idee belle e che fanno bene al cuore.

The place is a place of the soul with a very charming and welcoming atmosphere. The passion and competence transmitted by Paolo enchant you. Super recommended! Go there and treat yourself to a bit of relaxation and the discovery of an extraordinary assortment of teas from all over the world.

Wide choice of quality blends. The proposed do-it-yourself formula is fun. The guys are kind, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Very good desserts. I recommend it for a pleasant break in the historic center

I am 34 years old (in two days 35), I have always been a tea drinker but my passion blossomed 14 years ago (in two days 15); passion characterized by the beginning of gustatory, cultural and intellectual research and exploration. In recent years I have not explored the world far and wide, but of all the places frequented around Italy (mostly) and France (occasionally), I have rarely found competent staff attentive to care, history and to details such as the "Fai Da Tè" staff. Do you want a good tea? 5 stars are not enough to evaluate the place, the people and the merits of everything that revolves around it.

Oggi pomeriggio sono stata con 3 amiche in questo locale bellissimo ! Complimenti al proprietario per l'idea, amante dei viaggi come me. Locale accogliente pieno di guide lonely Planet e molto particolare con una grande varietà di the provenienti da tutto il mondo. Ho assaggiato un cous cous dolce buonissimo. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò a tutti!!!

04/02/2025: Imagine a Sunday at the end of January with a couple of friends who reach the wonderful Cathedral of Monreale, after visiting the Cloister and the interior of the Cathedral itself, full of mosaics that make you dream in their variegated colors and fantastic geometric designs, after admiring the Christ Pantocrator and the tombs of the rulers of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, you decide to take a lunch break, before going up to the roofs of the Cathedral, you can't miss going to the "Taverna del Pavone" a few dozen meters from the Piazza del Duomo. You will be welcomed by people who have treasured the local culinary tradition, transmitting human warmth and local flavors. Impeccable and punctual service, advice on what to choose, depending on your tastes. A cozy place full of references to the "Pavone" in all its artistic forms, from metal engraving, to majolica, to painted canvases and, last but not least, to the unique photos of Sicilian views taken by the chef, the owner's son. Art, food and kindness to fully spend your stay in this wonderful and history-rich city.

11/01/2025: For the second time I found myself enjoying "Carlo's" delicacies. Expectations met once again. From the high quality ingredients, from the original flavors to the location, from Mr Carlo who welcomes everyone with a smile to all the staff who are always available, my experience was once again SUPER.
24/12/2024: Good products in this store. Served kindly by a very young waiter who spoke fairly good English. The board for 2 is very generous, you can ask for a box to take the leftovers...😀
