I had the opportunity to meet Faghitò during the New Year's Eve dinner, and it was a truly positive experience, in every way.
The experience began with a series of carefully selected and well-balanced seafood appetizers: the tuna tartare was excellent, fresh and clean in its flavors; the almond-crusted shrimp was a success, crispy and delicate; and the citrus-crusted scallop au gratin was interesting, with an elegant yet unobtrusive aroma. The salmon meatball and cuttlefish salad were also delicious, completing a varied and well-thought-out appetizer.
For the first course, the paccheri with cicada was one of the best dishes of the evening: perfectly cooked pasta, intense seafood flavor, and a balanced seasoning that showcased the raw ingredients.
The second courses confirmed the excellent quality of the cuisine: the delicate and well-executed John Dory fillet, and a truly successful tuna cube with caramelized onion, with a lovely contrast between sweetness and saltiness.
Organized, attentive service worthy of an important evening like New Year's Eve, a refined setting, and a pleasant atmosphere.
A restaurant that demonstrates expertise, respect for seafood, and thoughtfully crafted cuisine.
Faghitò is a must-visit in Reggio Calabria for those who love well-prepared seafood.

Excellent in every way, with a seafront location overlooking the Sicilian coast, a welcoming owner, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, and top-quality, sophisticated dishes. You'll be spoiled for choice; the "bicchieri di mare" (seafood bites) are a must. Even a seemingly simple dish like spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino (a garlic, oil, and chili pepper spaghetti) becomes exceptional and unforgettable when enhanced with a shrimp tartare. Highly recommended.

Excellent seafood menu. Traditional cuisine that makes you feel at home. Quick service and friendly staff. The gluten-free options are also excellent. Since the restaurant is small and very popular, it's not recommended to arrive without a reservation.

The dishes are exquisite; every time I return, it's a feast for my taste buds.
The fish is excellent, fresh, and well-cooked.
I highly recommend the seafood cacio e pepe... a delight!
I also recommend the pistachio and red shrimp spaghetti, swordfish rolls, and seared tuna steak with red onion... a delicacy!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
