Sono venuta per una cena serale. Abbiamo mangiato fonduta diviso in due (come appetizer fuori menù) e bruschetta di capocollo, entrambe eccezionali. Come portate principale abbiamo preso agnolotti molto saporiti e gustosi e la battuta al coltello, unica portata che ho trovato un po' troppo basic. (Zero condita è solo carne cruda, senza nemmeno un filo d'olio.) Mentre aspettavamo il tavolo abbiamo preso un calice di Barbera e abbiamo continuato con una bottiglia. Atmosfera molto carina e personale gentile, unica pecca è il prezzo: 120 euro l'ho trovato veramente alto come costo.

Invitati da amici che lo frequentano regolarmente è stesa una bella scoperta. Menu molto "ridotto" e con prodotti di qualità (con arrivi giornalieri diretti dal Piemonte). Carta dei vini enciclopedica con la stragrande maggioranza dei produttori piemontesi. Ricarichi adeguati e proprietari gentili ed esaustivi

25/12/2024: The environment shows that it is a management that is facing difficulties not due to their professionalism but certainly (even if they didn't tell me directly) from the management of an absent property. This can be seen from the fact that on the evening I was there they gave 100%, despite the fact that their bathrooms were flooded in the morning. Never still for a moment, always with a smile.
22/12/2024: A place that deserves, for the excellent food, the attention and care with which it is prepared and above all the welcome, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Alessio, in a difficult evening to say the least, in order not to leave us without dinner, carved out a little place for us away from the confusion, advised us and served us as only a lover of his job can do. Wild boar goodies were a fairy tale, but then again everything was, right down to the expertly prepared dessert. Price more than fair. They also welcome doggies, what else? A place to return to!

29/11/2024: We went for an aperitif/dinner, but the dinner part was difficult. The place is nice and the staff are friendly, but as far as the food is concerned the menu is really very poor and the prices are high. Then honestly in a wine shop having only 3 red wines available is a little...
11/11/2024: I had a wonderful dinner, the amatriciana was a sigh of passion orchestrated by incredible wines. I'm glad I stumbled upon it by chance, I was surprised by the retro taste of the environment, it's not touristy. The service was informal but friendly. I was alone but as if I were in great company. It seemed to me that everyone knew each other like old friends but perhaps I think it's just the feeling that there is at the Cantina, you feel at ease. I want to try the aperitif.
