Locale carino vicinissimo al castello aragonese. Il personale, accogliente e professionale, si è mostrato disponibile ad accogliere variazioni al menù. Abbiamo mangiato una straordinaria mozzarella ripiena e un'ottima insalatona. Degna di nota, buonissima, la cheese cake ricoperta con cioccolata alle nocciole . Consigliatissimo.

Very creative in preparation of food using Mozzarella. Pizza and meatballs were good as was dessert but definitely not worth the 85€ paid. Excessively overpriced. Service was great, no complaints. It wasn't until the waiter brought out some fries with a sauce and indicated it was complimentary and then charged us for it on the bill. Why bring something to the table that patrons didn't order and then expect them to pay for it? And 6€ for copperto which means the table setting, which any place in Italy you sit down in will charge...No wonder no one leaves a tip, total rip off. If you don't mind added charges then visit this restaurant otherwise I recommend bypassing it.

This evening we went to dinner at Fabulà, where I had already been and had an excellent experience. We ordered 1 "Pugliese" sandwich with fresh sausage, baked potatoes, stewed turnips, cherry tomatoes and smoked buffalo mozzarella, well combined forming a tasty amalgam; and 1 first course "Spaghetti alla Nerano" with courgette pesto on a melted caciocavallo crust, which I found to have an innovative taste, but overall light. If I really had to make a note, the portion of pasta was a little small. Personally, in the future I will also want to try the "Pastarella", a 500g mozzarella filled with pasta, and the "PanBuffala", a 250g mozzarella, especially the one filled with parmigiana. Definitely a restaurant to return to for the selection of dishes and the very high quality of the raw materials, which can be felt at the first bite.

I don't usually leave reviews but with Fabulà, it's impossible not to. This place was a pleasant discovery, both for the original culinary offering and the goodness of the dishes, and for the extreme kindness of the staff who allowed us to stay and talk at the table until well past Midnight, showing great friendliness and hospitality. The cuisine is good. The proposals relating to the selection of buffalo mozzarella are original. Minimal but pleasant location, courteous staff, average prices.

Strong flavours, genuine dishes. I would slightly improve the quantity/price ratio. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

I booked here while I was still at home, before my trip to Puglia, curious to taste the dishes of a place that only serves mozzarella-based dishes. in the end I opted for a 500g mozzarella filled with fresh pasta: gnocchi with pesto and prawns. absolutely recommended! the proposals are many and different, from pizzas to burgers, my only regret is having chosen a proposal with fresh but raw mozzarella: excellent but I would perhaps have preferred a nice dish with stringy mozzarella! Advice: maybe try (as the guys in the room had actually advised me) more small things, so as to taste different things, all delicious. The desserts are also excellent: the cheesecake and the cannoli with mascarpone cream are delicious: very good! Literally a stone's throw from the bridge that connects the old city to the new one, just a minute from the Aragonese castle ♥

Excellent experience. The place is very nice and welcoming. The service was impeccable, the boy was very kind in explaining the dishes to us and what to recommend. The food, at least what we ordered, was really excellent. If I had had more space in my stomach I would have taken other dishes to try. But I will definitely come another time to try them. The meatballs proposed by the boy were really excellent and special and the accompanying sauces were really delicious. I took the 250g mozzarella with parmigiana and it was spectacular both to the eye and to the palate. Finally, the light and delicious dessert. Everything was excellent and I would recommend it. I hope that the proposed meatballs will be put on paper. Until next time.
