Nice place, small and welcoming interior. Young and friendly staff. The outside of the restaurant was also exploited, with the presence of tables under the porticoes with winter mushrooms.

Good service, prices slightly below average.

Very good at excellent prices. Discovered and recommended by my son and immediately tried for lunch. Dogs allowed. They have space indoors and outdoors, in winter the outside is well heated too. I have booked and I think it is necessary to do so to guarantee a place. Excellent products, everything really good. There were two of us and we spent €20 each. Fast and accurate service.

Exceptional place. We were there on a Saturday before New Year's Eve, me and a friend. We ate fabulous sandwiches with truly special and unusual cured meats such as pink salami and finocchiona. The two non-alcoholic strawberry aperitifs are also excellent. The environment is also very nice and the staff are really friendly. A place that I recommend to all gourmets.

Really very welcoming and kind staff. We felt at ease right away. Youthful atmosphere, excellent food and mulled wine :)

It is located a 2-minute walk from the famous little window on Via Piella, so very convenient at the end of a walk. The food was very good and the prices were right, we took tigelle with mixed cold cuts and 3 glasses. Congratulations to the staff for their professionalism, especially the girl with the piercing on her tongue for her kind attention.

Gran ambiente - este bar / Trattoria siempre está ocupado y principalmente con la gente local. Ruidoso por la noche (que me gustó). Gran comida (parecía). Personal encantador. Buen vino y cerveza. A un precio razonable. Bonita calle. No demasiados turistas. Comeré aquí la próxima vez.

Wir waren an unserem ersten Tag in Bologna nachmittags unterwegs und wollten irgendwo einen Kaffee trinken und etwas Süßes dazu essen. Zufällig kamen wir an der "Fabrik" vorbei und gingen aufgrund des leckeren Kuchens in der Theke spontan rein. Die Bedienung war nett und behilflich bei der Auswahl, denn das Angebot an Kuchen war wirklich schön. Dann setzten wir uns und bestellten zu unserem Kuchen noch zweimal Mineralwasser und zweimal Kaffee. Die Bedienung erklärte uns, dass sie keinen Kaffee machen kann, und so orderten wir stattdessen zweimal Espresso zu dem Kuchen. Aber auch das war nicht möglich.........mit der für uns absolut absurden Erklärung, dass es Kaffee oder Espresso bei ihnen nur nach einem (richtigen) Essen gibt. Kuchen gehöre hier nicht dazu. Sie könne uns leider weder Kaffee noch Espresso verkaufen. Der Kuchen sah so lecker aus, dass wir trotzdem blieben und das Mineralwasser dazu tranken..........der Kuchen schmeckte wirklich sehr gut.......unseren Kaffee tranken wir dann ein paar Häuser weiter. Schade, mit Kaffee wären wir wohl jeden Tag dorthin gegangen, und wahrscheinlich nicht nur für Kaffee und Kuchen. Welches Geschäftsmodell ist das?
