I have been frequenting this place for years with my husband and friends and I must say that it is truly a place of the heart for us..
Always top quality food (in addition to the cutting boards we really like the crostoni), perfect cocktails, but above all it is the combination with the staff and the environment that makes the difference.
All the guys in the place are very kind and super nice, in the end even if the place is full they always find you a table and the wait is always minimal.
In short.. For a good aperitif/dinner, the. Fabrik is always a safe haven!!

Nice staff, but they could be a little more attentive. You had to ask them to come to the table to take further orders. The restaurant is right on the street.

Excellent local wine with bruschetta of impressive size and quality. The outside seating is well sheltered from the heat of the afternoon, though the staff didn't have any particular recommendations.

A nice place, in a very good location and with excellent service, as in all of wonderful Italy but, and, this is important if you are Spanish, like me, THE ONLY PLACE WITH REALLY COLD BEER IN ALL OF BOLOGNA! It's wonderful to have an ice cold beer, thanks Fabrik!
