I tasted the dark chocolate brioche and fell in love... never without it again

I read that 5 years ago I gave it 3 stars. Unfortunately, after the last aperitif in mid-November 2024, for that experience, I give 1 star. Given that "NO" days can happen, it is truly a shame to see how sometimes we manage to treat customers badly and probably not even realize it. Let's start with whoever takes our order and greets us with "you're lucky that maybe there's the last piece of pizza left" (it was around 7.00pm).... if it was a joke, no one understood it. Exaggeratedly slow service, it took at least 15 minutes to bring 3 Spritz to a place that wasn't overflowing, the 6 7x7 cm cubes of pizza (2 each) and very little else (2 pizzas each) arrived later with the aperitif almost finished. Surprise!!! he also brought us a basket with hot popcorn WOWWW. Too bad that underneath the few "exploded" ones they were all still unexploded. Having informed the person who had brought them, he offered to make them (almost all) edible too. A lot of time passed, a really long time, and our popcorn didn't arrive, instead there was an intense burning smell that we laughingly said could be our popcorn... IT WAS ours. Aperitif finished, I called the person who had "served" us asking for news, he hadn't shown up again and as he couldn't escape anymore, he informed us that unfortunately they had been burned, also telling us "smell the smell" and with difficulty refraining from laughing about it face after also informing us that others had none. Obviously, he hasn't even remotely thought of offering us any alternative. Well it was really embarrassing

Excellent food, nice place, not enough staff for the people who frequent it

The focaccias always cold to reheat, The two-euro croissant left an aftertaste of burnt dough and little filling, good dessert, normal but for 6 euros, good pastries, good coffee, good service. Cold pizzas to be reheated cannot be seen! Rather, make less and ready to be cooked and show them hot/warm especially with the banal stretched curd which is not mozzarella! Modern and beautiful motorcycle environment! Lots of parking, lots of tables!
