The pizzeria is located in Busto Arsizio, and for people like me who aren't local, the area is quite quiet—I'd say deserted. We made reservations, but even if we didn't, nothing would have happened. The menu offers two types of pizza: Original, the thin pizzas somewhere between Roman and Crackers, which locals like; the latter are Le Normali, and are, as the name suggests, a true pizza somewhere between Roman and Neapolitan. There are few flavors to choose from, and what made me think was the lack of toppings. Even if someone says more mozzarella, they increase it in the center by just a few grams. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cold, and the prices were medium to high. In addition to the pizzas, I also ordered a calzone with ham and mushrooms; it was also thin on the inside but well-made on the outside. The desserts were delicious; the apple tart was a good cross between a torta casareccia and an apple ring cake with a hint of zuppa inglese.

After a while, I returned to this place. The thin-crust pizza is always excellent, the salads are imaginative, and the desserts are excellent. The new staff is a plus; Laura, with her warmth and friendliness, will be able to recommend the best options for a pleasant lunch! See you soon!

Truly excellent pizza, one of the best I've ever had. You can choose between the crispy thin crust, like I like it, or the softer regular thickness. Average prices. I'll definitely be back.

Truly satisfied.
The pizza comes with a choice of yeast-free dough (classic or whole wheat) or regular sourdough. The yeast-free version is very thin and crispy, while the other is quite thick and soft. The ingredients are carefully selected and placed on the pizza.
No digestive issues.
If you're not looking for classic Neapolitan pizza, I definitely recommend it.

Stato a cena dopo qualche tempo che non andavo.
La pizza sottile sempre buona e ottimo il tagliere ma quello che ho potuto notare è un netto miglioramento nel servizio e la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff.
