Truly excellent pizza, one of the best I've ever had. You can choose between the crispy thin crust, like I like it, or the softer regular thickness. Average prices. I'll definitely be back.

Truly satisfied.
The pizza comes with a choice of yeast-free dough (classic or whole wheat) or regular sourdough. The yeast-free version is very thin and crispy, while the other is quite thick and soft. The ingredients are carefully selected and placed on the pizza.
No digestive issues.
If you're not looking for classic Neapolitan pizza, I definitely recommend it.

Really great pizzas, there were three of us and we tried (unintentionally) all the types and all three were delicious: both in terms of the quality of the toppings and the dough.
The thin one always remains very crunchy but not dry, just like the stuffed one. I hadn't had the queen for a long time and it was a great rediscovery: soft and toasted!

A convincing new management!
We went to Fabbrica Pizza after the recent change of management and we were impressed. The welcome was impeccable, you can immediately feel a new energy and a better organization, both in the service and in the general atmosphere.
We tried different pizzas, super thin dough, a novelty for us, light and tasty. In particular, the ones with asparagus and courgettes were a very pleasant surprise: fresh ingredients, well combined and cooked to perfection.
The environment has also been made more welcoming. It is good inside, but we already can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy an outdoor dinner: the outdoor space promises relaxing and pleasant evenings.
Fabbrica Pizza is really taking the right direction: quality, hospitality and the desire to do well. A place that absolutely deserves a visit... and a return!

The pizza is different from the usual, excellent choice of raw materials. Nice place to spend a quiet evening. The menu is basic,
but very detailed for vegetarians and those with intolerances

Cozy place.
5 stars for the pizza with very very light dough and super tasty toppings.
I suggest getting the “Bologna” pizza with gorgonzola, mortadella and pistachio grains.

Stato a cena dopo qualche tempo che non andavo.
La pizza sottile sempre buona e ottimo il tagliere ma quello che ho potuto notare è un netto miglioramento nel servizio e la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff.
