Fabbrica Pizza - Mozzarella Bar & Cucina In Legnano

We discovered by chance La Fabbrica della Pizza in the center of Legnano, an unconventional pizzeria, quality raw materials, pizza dough with and without yeast, both good, the first courses good, I fell in love with the Troccole with bacon and dried tomatoes, the service impeccable, the guys were always friendly despite the tiredness, what can I say, we'll be back soon, greetings from Sicily.

A pleasant discovery, excellent ingredients, pizzas with various doughs "including wholemeal" and low pizzas or Neapolitan pizzas, selection of particular beers. We will definitely be back and recommend it

I went with family and friends last Saturday for the first time. There was a lack of basic information while we were deciding which pizzas to get, i.e. what was meant by low pizza. I took a Regina Calabria because of the crust and the choice was right because the pizza was classic, but those who took the low pizza thinking it was a normal pizza but without the crust ended up with a sort of giant piadina with dough maybe a millimeter thick and left disappointed. I chose a craft beer by reading the blackboard next to the counter at the entrance, but the description was wrong because pear and bergamot were indicated, but checking the list on the bottle, realizing that I didn't feel those flavors but something different, caramel was present and not what was written on the blackboard. For me rest my pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Kjempe fin restaurant med fokus på det italienske. Ikke stor meny, men grei nok. Priser midt på treet. Strekte seg langt for at jeg skulle få mat som er høy sensitiv på laktose. All mat smakte utrolig godt.
