We always come back for Iris. Welcoming, smiling, available to find us a table even without a reservation. Sense of humor. Pizzas always digested. Salads are also good.

We went to Fabbrica Pizza in Legnano and we had a really good time. The pizza is excellent: soft, light dough, well cooked. You can feel that the ingredients are quality, everything is very well cared for. The place is simple but pleasant, you are happy to be there. The staff is kind and attentive, fast service even when there are people. Fair prices for what they offer. One of those pizzerias where you gladly return, without too many frills but with substance.

A family place where the attention and service are excellent, the girls are patient, kind and precise. The service is fast, the products they offer are delicious, quality and Italian, it costs a little more than other places but it's worth it, we left happy after 3 pizzas (Margherita, Napoli and Calabria, 2 organic teas for the child, 2 IPA beers 10 degrees 750 ml and quick service 68 euros. What I can assure you is that we will be back. Thanks for the experience!!!

Strengths: Doughs for all tastes: The real strength of the pizzeria is the variety of doughs: thin and crunchy, high and soft (like the “Regina” dough), and all made with attention to the flours and leavening times. Light, digestible and very tasty. Wide choice of pizzas: The pizza selection is rich, creative and well-studied. Not just revisited classics, but also more daring combinations that enhance the raw materials. Craft beers, including gluten-free: The selection of beers is remarkable, with well-chosen craft labels, including a proposal for those who are intolerant to gluten, something still too rare elsewhere. The desserts are excellent. Excellent staff: A special mention goes to the staff, always smiling, helpful and attentive. Despite the busy times, the service is fast, precise and always friendly. You can see that there is passion and professionalism. Personal note: Do not be influenced by the negative reviews you find online. They are truly misleading and do not do justice to the quality and commitment of those who work in this place. My experience was excellent from every point of view, and I feel I can recommend it with conviction. I went for dinner: very nice atmosphere, good service and good quality food. In my opinion, the thin pizza is too thin and breaks easily but very good; very varied range of pizza flavours, slightly less varied range of desserts. I recommend this place!!
