I had dinner at this Fabbrica in Pedavena and was pleasantly satisfied. I ordered a red pizza with tuna and onion with a truly flavorful and rich tomato sauce, and then ordered the beef diaphragm. Having been to Fabbrica in Pedavena 2-3 times, this one was as good and well-prepared as the others.

I ordered a risotto with ossobuco, which was good and cooked just right, and two platters of gnocco trios, which were good but also almost excessive in quantity. The honey in the lard gnocco is too sweet for my taste; perhaps chestnut honey would be better. The air conditioning was too high.

First time in this place and honestly we did not have a bad time. We ate outside on the terrace and we had the possibility of not having the probable noise that could be inside. Really good food and raw materials, excellent hamburgers and cooked properly. Service with some dedication due to the experience but kind and thoughtful. We had a good time and I recommend it.

Nulla da dire sul cibo che sicuramente è molto buono come anche le birre. Servizio dei camerieri eccellenti. Non posso dire niente di negativo. L unica mia lamentela è sull aria condizionata. Troppo troppo caldo in una serata estiva bollente. Non si può cenare 2 ore e sudare come non so cosa. Fate qualcosa per il piano superiore!!!!! Il caldo è insopportabile!!!!

I was aware of the slow service, so I immediately took it into account.......but there were three of us at our table and there were only 6 other people in the restaurant so there is no mitigating factor of confusion or having to hurry to serve everyone. Result: we ordered 3 pizzas that arrived several minutes apart from each other! I ate the cold pizza! It is true that they offered to remake it, but this meant letting the other two cool down......usually when you go out for dinner it is to dine all together and not each on their own! Apart from that the beer is good and the restaurant is very well-kept.

14/12/2025: VERY GOOD. Everything, the waiters are super friendly, I recommend it to everyone, and the salmon is DIVINE, I recommend it to everyone! The only problem is the price, but all sushi is like that these days.

I've tried sushi all over the world, with different flavors, textures, quantities, etc. After trying several sushi restaurants in the area, I can say that the flavor here is exceptional! The tartar sauce is perfectly soaked in the special sauce; everything has so much good flavor. The portions are large and come in ample quantities. Regarding the price, it's affordable and highly recommended. I would definitely go back again.

01/06/2025: Nice bar overlooking the roundabout, with foosball tables, tables inside and outside. Open from morning to late evening, fairly easy parking. View of the surrounding hills, mixed clientele.
11/05/2025: Cozy place, friendly and helpful staff. Top reference point for breakfast, aperitif or quick coffee. For those who want to play, they have darts and 2 foosball tables. Agri Café in the heart.
