I found the dough a bit heavy, but it was soft and flavorful. The one with arugula, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes lacked a bit of flavor. The fries were nice. The ice cream passed ;)

Good beer selection, even if it's fixed; excellent pizza and snacks (fries, jalapeños, etc.).
The service is perfect and very fast. The only downside is that the dining room, and especially the bathrooms, were a bit cold (editor's note: we went in the middle of winter).

I've been going for years and have always had a great time. This evening, however, I fell out of love... when I asked to put two cloves of unpeeled garlic on the pizza, I was told that they don't have garlic cloves, only garlic oil 🙈🙈🙈. How can you not have garlic in a pizza restaurant? Garlic and onion are the basis of our cuisine... I'm speechless, and after explaining everything, when it was time to pay the bill, we weren't even offered coffee... for Epiphany, I'll give him a garlic braid 🙈🙈🙈

It was my first time at Fabbrica in Pedavena, Treviglio. Not being local, but having noticed another location in the chain on Maps, I immediately had a positive feeling that piqued my curiosity. So, without a reservation, I headed to the restaurant.
It must be said that the place is rather isolated: arriving by car, it almost feels like being lost in a ghost town. Fortunately, this is only an impression from the outside, because once inside, the atmosphere changes completely.
The atmosphere is very noisy, with tables for two quite close together and little privacy; however, for the right occasion, it also feels lively and convivial. Compared to other locations in the same chain, it felt more like a fast food restaurant than a traditional restaurant.
This time, I didn't order the usual Florentine steak, but opted for a pizza and a burger to share. Overall, everything was very good, despite the simplicity of the dishes.
The pizza is excellent, made as it should be (which is far from a given). The burger impressed me with its freshly made bun and incredibly tender, juicy meat.
In conclusion, a happy, informal, and above all very good place, even cheap... as long as you don't order a kilo of Florentine steak.

The place is very nice and spacious, perhaps because of this, a bit too chaotic and noisy.
The pizzas are good, although a bit too burnt for my taste and that of my companions. Overall, it's definitely an above-average pizzeria. I'll definitely return, perhaps requesting better-cooked pizzas.

It was a terrible experience. Our table was right under the stage, and we didn't know there was going to be a music show. I couldn't talk to the people sitting across from me. The food wasn't well-prepared; I asked for medium rare, and it arrived overcooked. It was difficult to get through the evening. I'm sure if I'd been somewhere else, the music wouldn't have deafened me.
