The food is good. A little annoying is the fact that they serve two times (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and then from 9:00 PM until closing) and then you have to vacate your table by a certain time.
The place is large and welcoming, but the time-slot management evidently helps keep dining room staff costs down (cost management).
The food is good. The pizza is good. The meat is good. Sometimes they burn it (which is a shame). I pointed this out to the dining room staff. I really like the beers.
Not very cheap, but for the occasional outing with friends or with the wife/girlfriend, it doesn't put much of a strain on the family budget.
Clean place (except for one corner where we found quite a few cobwebs in the corners and between the plants). Clean cutlery and glasses. Friendly staff. Fast service.
The bathrooms... ummm... could use a renovation, with less aesthetically appealing solutions and a bit more functional and practical ones.

They tend to be slow; it always takes at least 40-45 minutes to get your food.
Sometimes they miss your order... it happens.

A really nice new location, in line with the others in the chain. Unfortunately, the pizza selection didn't live up to my memories of the same one I had at another Fabbrica location. The dough was good and light, as always, but the toppings were sparse and one ingredient was missing. The chicken would have been better if the skin had been crispier. I'll be back to try other dishes, though. The location is truly beautiful.

The atmosphere is unique, as it's housed in a former industrial warehouse, and this is evident in the meticulously crafted, unadulterated aesthetic. Beyond the beautifully designed space, there's an excellent, rich and varied menu; in fact, the kitchen is separated into two sections (pizzas/dishes and a grill)—and last but not least, we didn't leave with any cooking smells.
The products served were excellent and of high quality, as were the beers.

This was our first time at the Pedavena factory and we were pleased with the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the waitresses' service.
The only flaw was a lady who greeted us at reception who immediately informed us that we had to vacate our table by 9:15 PM (we arrived at 7:00 PM) before we'd even arranged to be seated. Moreover, this had been rightly mentioned over the phone when booking. The communication could have been made in a much more cordial and friendly tone and manner, and at a more appropriate time.
Basically, we ate in a hurry because it gave us a bad feeling, like a customer who comes to leave their money.
To be precise: excellent service and cuisine!

Last night, October 16,
We ate two Greek salads (delicious and packed with ingredients),
drank two small beers,
had a small bowl of baked potatoes (also delicious),
a water and a coffee,
for a total of €46.00
(a bit pricey, I dare say), unfortunately definitely above average, and... don't be offended, but we're in the industrial area of Treviglio, in the old Charleston...
The place is pleasant and well-kept.
The welcome and service were discreet and attentive, and the girls were great.
A significant flaw is that with karaoke (which certainly attracts and entertains people), the acoustics of the place become particularly disturbing, so much so that you can't even hear people speaking a few inches away. distance from each other at a table for two.
It's a great initiative, the girl is good at her entertainment, and the people are having a good time, but those looking for a less chaotic atmosphere than a convivial evening will unfortunately find themselves having to deal with a venue where the acoustics aren't suitable for this type of event; we couldn't stand inside because the echo was so loud.
(I also note that they also host live music evenings with a band), and in this regard, I wonder: with acoustic instruments such as drums/percussion, multiple microphones, keyboards, acoustic-electric guitars, bass, etc., how can the venue's acoustics be combined to offer an enjoyable event of its kind, enjoyable in a qualitative sense.
Perhaps I would return to try the pizza, but certainly on a less chaotic evening, although personally, I find the Pedrengo setting more pleasant.

Very noisy place. Extensive menu with good food.
The final bill, including an appetizer, first course, and Florentine steak for three, was around €80 per person.
