This is my favorite place in Florence's famous Mercato Centrale (Central Market). The sandwiches are wonderful with mouth-watering cheese and a multiple of other fresh ingredients. Super high-quality. Sometimes they offer a free glass of wine when purchasing. I so badly wanted cheese to bring back to the US and they accommodated by packaging for transport in check-in luggage. It made it with no issues! They also offer jarred olives and porcini mushrooms, nostado and so many other items. They have tastings available, as well. Really delicious and authentic.
