A very good pizza and appetizers with very particular ingredients, the staff were kind and welcoming

I didn't know this pizzeria and it was an excellent surprise, from what they call fried foods, but which have nothing to do with the usual appetizers, to the stratospheric pizzas! Try, try, try.

The place is very nice, the fried food is delicious, the pizza is good, but it's a shame about the space, which isn't even minimal...

Incredible pizzeria, among the best in Italy. The pizzas and fried foods are delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere and location are also lovely. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizza, beautiful location

We left with very high expectations given the prices, but we arrived confident we'd have a delicious experience. Instead, we were a bit disappointed; the fried foods were certainly very good and even unique, well worth the price, but if I pay €3.50 for a supplì, I expect something truly special, but no. The pizzas: decent dough, but very meager toppings; we had a pizza with potatoes, but there were literally two pieces of potato on top. The best part? The dessert.

I've been curious to try this new Neapolitan pizzeria for a while. I went for takeout, and I have to say the location is really well-maintained. The layout is a bit atypical for a pizzeria, but it's still perfect for a pizza menu that includes both classic and gourmet options. The ingredients are top-quality and the dough is decidedly light, well-hydrated, and leavened, making it noticeably well-worked. I tried the Genoese version (slightly reworked), which was very tasty and fairly balanced. The fried pizzas were excellent, well-made with a crispy coating and, above all, very dry. The slice with crispy chicken and peppers, on the other hand, was perfect. Well done.

Rome isn't a city, it's a world, rewarding those who are willing to explore and discover it. Like those who decide to venture into this corner of the city, which, personally, I'd never seen in 45 years of living here, to enjoy a modern, clean, and elegant venue, attentive and courteous service without being cloying, and, quite simply, one of the best contemporary Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. The fried foods are excellent and creative, and the quality of the ingredients and workmanship is high, reflected in the price, which is still reasonable with a good bottle of wine. This isn't just a neighborhood pizzeria, but a true experience for those who love good food.

Fried food and SUPER dessert. Truly out of this world. As was the service and management of the place. The beer selection, in my opinion, wasn't exactly the right pairing for pizza and fried food, but it certainly didn't ruin the experience. Really happy to find the place full on a Sunday evening; it's only right to reward those who deserve it and put in the effort.
