It's a shame I can't add a sixth star. What more can I say? Alessio amazes you with his delicious pairings and the flavors he manages to extract from his undeniably high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and make a good impression on your guests.

Intimate and quiet place, menu based on seasonal products presented in an innovative way and excellent service

It's a shame I can't give it a sixth star because it deserves it. The food was delicious, the owner was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was impeccably clean and well-kept. For our first time there, my wife and I both admit it was a delightful discovery... Highly recommended... What? Do you want to know if we'll be back? Well, we booked immediately after paying the bill.

A delightful experience: the owner immediately puts you at ease, the atmosphere is softly lit, and every detail is carefully considered. The food is simply fabulous; the carrot tartare is definitely a must-try! We'll definitely do it again, a wonderful discovery!

Surprise dinner for our anniversary. As soon as I walked in, I felt awkward given the intimate setting (five tables), the dim lighting, and the soft music. But Alessio guided us through the tasting menu and carefully described each dish. The wait, a bit painful at first, was ultimately the key to fully enjoying each course. From appetizer to dessert, a journey of flavors, all seasonal. An experience definitely worth repeating.

This guy deserves a Michelin Star! Best meal I ate in all of Italy in two weeks!

Everything was perfect: the location, the superb ingredients that lead to the creation of sublime dishes with perfectly matched food and wine pairings, the impeccable service, and the excellent value. Excellent tasting menu. Alessio knows how to make his guests feel at ease. The atmosphere is informal yet very refined, the dishes are incredibly interesting, and the wine and beer pairings are excellent. Highly recommended!
